Isso é desumano com as pessoas.. ai vc liga no fórum quando eles qrem atender eles atende ai vc pedi alguma informação uma menina so sabe fala sei não... nao é atoa q eles falam mal de Neves.. Podemos melhorar isso pq isso e realmente ridículo de alguém que trabalha neste setores. Muda no sistema q esta fechado e nao tem previsao pra abri..
Then you call it no one answers .. the site is open and when you get there it is closed. This is inhumane with people .. then you call on the forum when they want to answer, they answer there, u asked for some information a girl just knows how to speak, I don’t know… it’s not for nothing that they speak ill of Neves .. We can improve this because that and really ridiculous for someone who works in these sectors. Changes in the system q is closed and has no forecast to open ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é péssimo, vc liga e não te passa informação pelo o telefone, aí vc vai no local e falam que agendamento de divórcio é na segunda ou sexta, quando vc vai no dia em si, te dão uma folha falando quais documentos são necessários...
Service is terrible, you call and don't give you information over the phone, then you go to the place and they say that the divorce is scheduled on Monday or Friday, when you go on the day itself, they give you a sheet telling you what documents are needed. ..

Como pode isso acontecer., alguém me ajuda. Dá última vez fui informado que o fórum estava fechado. Ai liguei perguntei se podia ir na defensoria para saber sobre o processo falou q n estava atendendo q era para mandar e-mail mandei e nada. Algum advogado para me ajudar estou desempregada ..triste isso 3 anos esperando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fico impressionada como que eu posso estar a duas semanas tentando falar e nunca atendem minha ligação, ou o telefone dá ocupado sempre. Presencialmente eu já vi tirarem o telefone do gancho e deixar lá pra ele não chamar. Isso é uma falta de respeito com quem não tem plena mobilidade pra ficar indo presencialmente sempre pra buscar uma informação simples muitas das vezes. Fora a falta de informação clara dos documentos que eles querem. Parece que está todo mundo trabalhando de favor aí podem fazer o que bem entenderem.
