Minha mãe ligou no sábado de manhã perguntando se tinha horário e se poderiam atendê-la, pois o pivô dela caiu, a pessoa q a atendeu disse q se ela chegasse até o meio dia, seria atendida. Mas qdo minha mãe chegou lá, 11:30 já tinham parado de atender. cadê o profissionalismo? Se fecha MEIO DIA pq 11:30 a pessoa já estava fechando tudo para ir embora? To perplexa coma falta de profissionalismo, se as pessoas da qual se dispõem a trabalhar de sábado querem ir embora cedo, de duas uma, ou não se dispõe a trabalhar de sábado, ou nao diz q atende ate tal horário. Falta de respeito!

My mother called on Saturday morning asking if there was a time and if they could answer her, because her pivot fell, the person who answered her said that if she arrived by noon, she would be answered. But when my mother got there, 11:30 had already stopped answering. where's the professionalism? It closes MIDDAY because 11:30 am the person was already closing everything to leave? I am perplexed by the lack of professionalism, if the people who are willing to work on Saturday want to leave early, two times, or are not willing to work on Saturday, or do not say that they work until that time. Lack of respect!
