Nessa degrau e fui muito mal atendido nunca mais volto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, precisei alugar um gerador me falaram que tinha disponível, pegaram os dados da minha empresa 11:00hrs da manhã pra fazer o cadastro e liberar, ficaram enrolando o dia todo eu toda hora ligava e me diziam que ainda estavam finalizando o cadastro, que demorava mesmo, nessa brincadeira deu 16:00hrs e nada de finalizar o cadastro, sendo que a loja fechava as 17:00hrs na sexta e voltava funcionar só na segunda, eu já tinha deixado um mulk sobre aviso pra irmos retirar lá, isso era uma sexta feira eu precisava do gerador pra usar no sábado pois a CPFL ia desligar a energia de 11:00 ate 17:00 pra fazer manutenção na rede colocar um transformador novo pra abastecer a região, e meu estabelecimento não podia parar pois tínhamos reservas de confraternização, fiquei muito chateado, ao questionar com o atendente sobre a demora ele disse que simplesmente não poderia fazer nada pois o cadastro demorava um pouco pra ser feito. pouco esse de 11:00 ate 17:00 não conseguiram fazer? 6 horas pra castrar e gerar o contrato?. Pqp... acho uma falta de respeito com o clinte, ah e quando eu ligava pra saber se tinha liberado ainda ficavam irritandos.. minha sorte foi que um amigo meu indicou outro lugar onde no sábado mesmo fui muito bem atendido e fizeram o cadastro na hora e ainda vieram entregar o gerador pessoalmente com agilidade e ótimo atendimento...
Lamentável a postura da loja nunca mais procurarei por vocês quando eu precisar...
