Voltei para a retirada do passaporte uma semana depois, agora levam 7 dias, super rápido e organizado, não demorei mais que 10 minutos, finalmente algo que funciona aqui no Brasil!!! =)

I returned for the passport withdrawal a week later, now take 7 days, super fast and organized, it took no more than 10 minutes, finally something that works here in Brazil !!! =)

Horrible service by phone they did not answer on this second attempt, if you need to resolve any formalities or any questions, you simply have to go to the place.

Women unwilling to answer, all fiddling with their cell phones or in the kitchen drinking coffee and talking to each other, and me sitting alone at my scheduled time waiting for them to leave Instagram to answer me. I suggest hiring trained and responsible personnel.
