★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente o despreparo é grande, fui tratada com desrespeito e depois tive que ficar ouvindo a escriturária reclamando o quanto a sua vida era péssima por trabalhar em local com tantos problemas como aquele, vai por mim você sai de lá pior do que chegou e não vai resolver nada.
Really the lack of preparation is great, I was treated with disrespect and then I had to stay listening to the clerk complaining how bad your life was for working in a place with so many problems like that, you go for me, you leave there worse than you did and will not solve anything.

Mas pelo telefone péssimo atendimento,isso pq liguei para tirar uma dúvida sobre o que fazer em caso de agressão doméstica,por isso que as mulheres apanham e vão continuar apanhando ,pq não tem suporte,quando procuram não tem ninguém capacitado e humanizado pra fazer o acolhimento.... lamentável

But the phone was bad, because I called to ask a question about what to do in case of domestic aggression, that's why women get beaten and will keep getting beaten, because there's no support, when they look for it, there's no one trained and humanized to make the reception.... regrettable
