O Cidadão em plena pandemia, precisa se deslocar para o agendamento em um dia e depois retornar na mesma semana para fazer o documento. Um sistema de marcação por telefone ou online é o minimo que se espera de orgão que respeita as dificuldades financeiras que o país está passando. Minha tia é idosa e meu tio especial morador da zona rural e precisa fazer esse procedimento pois não tem nenhuma outra forma de marcar o serviço prestado.
It is absurd, the citizen needs to go to the police station to schedule an identity-making service.
Citizens in the middle of a pandemic need to go to the schedule in one day and then return in the same week to make the document. A telephone or online appointment system is the least that is expected of an organization that respects the financial difficulties that the country is going through. My aunt is elderly and my uncle is a special resident of the rural area and needs to do this procedure because there is no other way to schedule the service provided.
