Compareci no sabado dia 28/08/21, quase perto do fechamento da loja, onde a atendente não tece interesse em alugar a casa que eu estava interessada em alugar. Falou da documenção que precisava, porém não informou que precisaria reserva a casa. Informou que a chave nao estava com a mesma. Ao entrar em contato no dia 01/09/21 fiquei sabendo que uma pessoa reservou. A empresa não demonstra nenhum interesse em adquirir cliente. Estou muito insatisfeita e nao recomendo para ninguém.**Quero deixar claro que foi a imobiliária de MATEUS LEME.
**I want to register my dissatisfaction with the Primus company. I attended on Saturday 28/08/21, almost close to the store closing, where the attendant is not interested in renting the house I was interested in renting. He spoke of the documentation he needed, but he did not say that he would need to reserve the house. He informed that the key was not with the same. When I got in touch on 09/01/21 I learned that a person had booked. The company does not show any interest in acquiring customers. I'm very dissatisfied and I don't recommend it to anyone. **I want to make it clear that it was MATEUS LEME's real estate agency.
