★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando precisei, pela primeira vez, ir até a delegacia me deparei com uma estrutura muito ruim, sem gente pra atender, sem equipamentos. Precisei retornar uma segunda vez, recentemente. Desta vez encontrei a mesma deficiência na estrutura, porém fui surpreendido pela mudança no atendimento, com profissionais muito educados, competentes, solícitos e preparados. Tive meu problema resolvido desta vez e fiquei muito feliz por ver uma delegacia funcionando como todas as outras deveriam funcionar. Só necessita melhorar a estrutura para que os profissionais que lá atuam tenham condições dignas de trabalho.
When I first needed to go to the police station I came across a very bad structure, no people to attend, no equipment. I had to return a second time recently. This time I found the same deficiency in the structure, but I was surprised by the change in care, with very polite, competent, helpful and prepared professionals. I had my problem solved this time and was very happy to see a police station working like all the others should work. It only needs to improve the structure so that the professionals who work there have decent working conditions.
