Public service offer such as issuing documents and registering a police incident. Its structure needs maintenance and service is time consuming.

Visitei o lugar para retirar a segunda via do Registro Geral (RG) e era só um atendente para uma demanda bem grande de pessoas, por isso tanta demora. Possui um caixa do Banco Banpará dentro da recepção. E há a presença constante de policiais.
The service takes too long and the reception is extremely hot, as the air central is not working. I visited the place to remove the second route of the General Registry (RG) and was only an attendant for a very large demand of people, so much delay. It has a box of Banco Banpará inside the reception. And there is the constant presence of policemen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muito desorganizado, gente que chegou cedo 7hs saiu mas de 10hs. Lugar calmo, um pouco escondinho, ah gente agora uipp esta assim como na foto.
Very disorganized place, people who arrived early 7am left but 10am. Quiet place, a little hidden, oh people now uipp is just like in the picture.
