★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento chega a 3 hrs ...mesmo sendo só renovação validade da identidade; Quando ia pegar o protocolo o sistema caiu e tive de aguardar mais 2 hrs, sem contar que a nova identidade vai demorar de 2 a 6 meses para chegar.
 Attendance arrives to 3 hrs ... even being only validity renewal of the identity; When I went to get the protocol the system crashed and I had to wait another 2 hours, not to mention that the new identity will take from 2 to 6 months to arrive.

The service here is extremely professional and courteous! Congratulations to the entire DPF Santos team! We were very well served, especially by agent Hermano, who since our first contact by email was super efficient in responding promptly, guided us and did everything to solve our problem. The attendants are also very attentive and helpful.
