★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz alguns anos que fui até essa delegacia denunciar uma situação de maus tratos que a minha mãe sofria nas mãos de um irmão.Sinceramente nunca vi tanto descaso.Eu chorei de tanta indignação que eu senti.A escrivã na época foi muito grossa e nos tratou com desdém. Depois se apresentou um senhor para perguntar o que estava acontecendo, acredito que foi o delegado, pq em nenhum momento se apresentou como tal.Enquanto minha mãe relatava o que acontecia, ele ria da situação, amenizam tudo como se estivéssemos adorando estar num ambiente como aquele.Quando alguém recorre a uma delegacia é pq estamos numa situação de risco, de desrespeito e vamos até lá buscar ajuda.Ninguém denúncia um filho se realmente não estivesse sofrendo. Fizemos o B.O que nada adiantou.Esse irmão segue até hoje dentro da casa da minha mãe e só não a matou ainda, pq eu e mais outra irmã estamos sempre de olho.Uma pessoa que sofre maus tratos dentro da sua própria casa, deveria ter todo o direito de ser protegida.Medida protetiva não existe para pobre. Fui denunciar pq pensei que teríamos essa medida preventiva.Já que se trata de uma pessoa que está em situação de risco e é vulnerável.Fomos tratadas com desdém e descaso.Não perco mais o meu tempo.
A few years ago I went to this police station to report a situation of mistreatment that my mother suffered at the hands of a brother. I honestly never saw so much neglect. I cried with such indignation that I felt. The clerk at the time was very rude and treated us with disdain. Then a gentleman introduced himself to ask what was happening, I believe it was the deputy, because at no time did he present himself as such. While my mother reported what happened, he laughed at the situation, softened everything as if we were loving being in an environment like When someone goes to a police station it is because we are in a situation of risk, of disrespect and we go there to get help. No one reports a child if he really wasn't suffering. We did the BO that nothing helped. This brother is still inside my mother's house today and just hasn't killed her yet, because me and another sister are always watching. all right to be protected. Protective measure does not exist for the poor. I went to report it because I thought we would have this preventive measure. Since it is a person who is at risk and is vulnerable. We were treated with disdain and neglect. I don't waste my time anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi feito com bom olhos fui ouvida ,a Rosa muito gentil e educada ,mas fui encaminhada pra o "CRAS"que nada resolveu .Depois fui encaminhada para a "OUVIDORIA" que nada resolveu.Depois pra "DEFENSORIA PÚBLICA" que nada resolveu também .Ou seja nossos idosos precisam de justiça e vai vir de quem ???Já que ,quem é estudado pra desenrolar esse papel se faz impotente .Coitados dos nossos idosos !!!!Fui a 3 anos atrás resolver algo de origem familiar negligência por parte da minha irma nos cuidados com minha mãe acamada sequelada de AVC ..Nada resolvi são 7 anos de cuidados com minha mãe e minha irmã não se sente na obrigação de cuidar dela sempre esquiva coloca sempre seus assuntos como nascimentos de netos ,festinhas familiares ,ou seja tudo dela é priodade minha mãe
que é total dependente de cuidados nunca é.E pior que nem a justiça faz ela(minha irmã) sentir isso ,a beneficia ,fica nesse passa ou repassa e minha mãe sofre com essa situação .Esse País é a Justiça que "desempenha"é uma vergonha!!!!Lamentável !!!!

Then I was referred to the "OMBUDSMAN" which nothing resolved. also. In other words, our elderly people need justice and who will it come from ???Since, whoever is studied to play this role becomes impotent. on the part of my sister in the care of my bedridden mother with stroke sequela..I have not solved anything, it's been 7 years of care for my mother and my sister doesn't feel obliged to take care of her, always evading, she always puts her matters as the birth of grandchildren, family parties , that is, everything of hers is my mother's priority
who is totally dependent on care is never. And worse than even justice makes her (my sister) feel that, it benefits her, she stays in that pass or passes on and my mother suffers from this situation. This country is the Justice that "performs" is such a shame!!!!Disgraceful!!!!
