★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açaí é bom. Mas o Açaí aju e o Frutos de Goiás são melhores. Vendem tapioca e outros lanches. A tapioca vem aberta. Acho isso ridículo. A tapioca não chega aos pés da Tapioca do Márcio. O espaço eh pequeno. Aceitam cartões. Não tem estacionamento. Atendimento é bacana.
Acai is good. But Açaí aju and Frutos de Goiás are better. They sell tapioca and other snacks. The tapioca comes open. I find that ridiculous. Tapioca does not reach Tapioca do Márcio. The space is small. Cards accepted. There is no parking. Service is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim... O meu pedido veio errado e foi cobrado o valor do açaí q eu tinha pedido e n do açaí que veio (mais barato), veio todo derretido e o gosto é péssimo. Não recomendo.
Too bad ... My order came wrong and was charged the amount of acai that I had ordered and n of the acai that came (cheaper), came all melted and the taste is terrible. I do not recommend.

Resolvi ir ontem pela 1ª vez com a nova administração e tive uma decepção: cheguei em torno das 19:30h e fora a minha mesa, todas as demais estavam desocupadas. Como eu fui sozinho, então seria muito simples dar um rápido atendimento, pois eu era o único cliente na loja.
Peguei o cardápio assim que cheguei, fiz minha escolha, mas as atendentes ficaram conversando e olhando celular, sem tomarem a iniciativa de saber qual seria o meu pedido. Passados 10 minutos e nenhum movimento, resolvi ir embora.
Poderia ter chamado elas, mas não o fiz porque na minha ótica os funcionários devem tomar a iniciativa para dar um bom atendimento ao cliente, mesmo porque existem boas lojas em Aracaju, o que nos faz migrar para a concorrência.
Espero que providências sejam tomadas e desde já dou a dica: se um cliente fecha o cardápio e continua na mesa, com certeza ele vai fazer um pedido, pois do contrário, iria embora.
I always attended the space in the previous administration and I was always well attended, which made me become a customer.
I decided to go yesterday for the 1st time with the new administration and I was disappointed: I arrived around 7:30 pm and outside my table, all the others were unoccupied. As I went alone, then it would be very simple to give a quick service, as I was the only customer in the store.
I picked up the menu as soon as I arrived, made my choice, but the attendants were talking and looking at cell phones, without taking the initiative to know what my order would be. After 10 minutes and no movement, I decided to leave.
I could have called them, but I didn't because in my opinion employees should take the initiative to provide good customer service, even because there are good stores in Aracaju, which makes us migrate to the competition.
I hope that steps are taken and I give you a hint: if a customer closes the menu and remains at the table, he will certainly place an order, otherwise he would leave.

Atendimento excelente, fazem entrega. Abre geralmente as 17 e fecha 23. Tem cardápio pra pastel, tapioca e açaí(além do self-service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a qualidade caiu e muito. Quando era na gestão passada o açaí tinha gosto, textura e cor. Fui hoje com minha esposa e o que encontramos foi um açaí apático e totalmente artificial.
