★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os vendedores empurram os produtos incompletos, por exemplo, comprei um antena digital externa e me venderam a haste sem o suporte, quando percebi em casa e liguei, disseram que não tinha o suporte. Descaso com o cliente, tive que pagar uma nova visita do técnico para procurar o suporte em outro lugar, não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vale a visita, durante uma necessidade emergencial. Agora 70 centavos em um conector RJ45 genérico ou 40 reais em um testador de cabos genérico chinês (mesmo preço da Login Informática, por exemplo) não compensam.

NO LONGER I thought RELIABLE BECAUSE BOUGHT ONE OF PENDRIVE 16GB AND WHEN WAS TEST HAD 3GB USED AND TOTAL INDICATED WAS 14,5GB. IN ADDITION, THE AMOUNT IS NOT COMPATIBLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar para comprar cabos! Não é confiável, e pouco se importam se vc diz que está cortando a corrente mesmo testando em 3 aparelhos diferentes. Paguei pouco mais de 124,00 em 2 cabos canon/P10, quando fui usar um deles não prestava, voltei com o cabo para fazerem o reparo e levei outros dois que eu já tinha que também não estavam funcionando e disseram que estava OK... OI??? EU ALUGO EQUIPAMENTO DE SOM, DEVO SABER DO QUE ESTOU FALANDO!!!! Anterior a isso, quando liguei pra encomendar esses mesmos cabos canon/p10, disseram que eu podia ir buscar tranquilamento no outro dia, e quando cheguei além de não estarem prontos a INCOMPETENTE que atendeu a ligação e atendeu o meu pedido não informou que eu tinha que efetuar o pagamento primeiro!!!!!!!!!!!!! A PIOR LOJA PARA SE COMPRAR NO ESTADO!!!!!!!!

Ligo pra lá eles dizem ter o produto. Chego lá, passo o cartão, e do nada me dizem que não tem! Como assim? Ainda ficam com a cara de besta no celular.
Pra cancelar a maior burocracia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na ligação, disseram ter um produto, daí vai pra lá (não perto de sua residência) e na hora, não é o que você pediu. Você compra outro para ver se vai funcionar... não serve... depois manda fazer um... ninguém te informa o tamanho que vai ficar, fazem um cabo de 1m, isso mesmo, 01 metro! Não serve pra nada e te custa R$ 35,00. Detalhe, um conector P2 custando mais de 12 reais... não vale metade do valor... péssimo lugar!
Você não consegue cancelar a compra... resultado, joga dinheiro fora.
Não recomendo a empresa para ninguém!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar que já estive. Nunca mais compro nada na play cabos. Fui compra um switch e fui muito mal atendido. A mulher que me atendeu parecia que tava com nojo e raiva de mim. Atendimento péssimo! Quem quiser compra algo que só tenha lá, compra pela internet, compra em Salvador, compra em Maceió, mas evita esse lugar nojento.
Worst place I've ever been. I will never buy anything from Play Cables again. I went to buy a switch and I was very poorly attended. The woman who answered me looked like she was disgusted and angry with me. Terrible service! Anyone who wants to buy something they only have there, buy it online, buy it in Salvador, buy it in Maceió, but avoid this disgusting place.
