I placed an order yesterday for the 2nd time because I had really liked the 1st time but the whole chicken I ordered arrived without potatoes and sausage.

Passam duas horas e entro em contato e não atendem mais o telefone !
Triste de saber que existam estabelecimento que trata o cliente desta forma !
Desejo que este estabelecimento receba de volta a energia que eles emanam ! Que recebam em dobro a energia que enviam é que sejam fechados e lacrados ! FALTA DE RESPEITO!
Bad experience! I called at 1:20 pm asking for a roast chicken and more complement for lunch and they were attentive!
Two hours go by and I get in touch and they don't answer the phone anymore!
Sad to know that there are establishments that treat the customer in this way!
I wish this establishment gets back the energy they emanate! That they receive double the energy they send is that they be closed and sealed! LACK OF RESPECT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima,o frango chegou dentro do horário marcado, mas a batata veio cozida e não assada ,o que sobrou foi p a geladeira e no dia seguinte estava totalmente mofada e o frango gosmento, ligamos para fazer a reclamação e a pessoa disse que deveríamos ter deixado fora da geladeira e por isso aconteceu, trabalhamos com comidas e sabemos MT bem como conserva lá. O atendimento a nós como consumidores foi péssimo
Terrible, the chicken arrived within the scheduled time, but the potato was cooked and not baked, what was left was in the fridge and the next day it was totally moldy and the chicken was gooey, we called to complain and the person said we should have left it out of the fridge and that's why it happened, we work with food and we know how to preserve it there. The service to us as consumers was terrible.
