★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito mal atendida! Pedi um combinado que veio com peças trocadas sem aviso, só descobri pq conferi no cardápio, mas ninguém avisou. Questionei e só disseram que não tinha o que pedi, então trocaram. E sem avisar, perguntar qual eu preferia ou QQ coisa do tipo. Muita má vontade e descaso no atendimento, surreal.
 I was very poorly attended! I asked for a combination that came with parts exchanged without warning, I only found out because I checked the menu, but no one warned. I questioned them and they just said I didn't have what I asked for, so they exchanged. And without warning, ask which I preferred or QQ something like that. A lot of unwillingness and negligence in the service, surreal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ é o barato que sai caro, sunomono horrível muito mais ácido do que o comum e sem gergelim, o peixe cru não estava fresco, o hot roll mal enrolado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior franquia do koni é no shopping Tijuca! Péssimos atendentes, mal olham na nossa cara! Funcionaria estava mexendo no celular sentada na escada e nem se prontificou a levantar e perguntar meu pedido! Tive que chamar e aí sim me avisou que tava fechado, sempre o shopping estava lotado! Eles só perdem dinheiro, o dono está perdido com esse negócio! Está negligênciando seu negócio! Não deve gostar de dinheiro!!!!!
Koni's worst franchise is at the Tijuca mall! Terrible attendants, they barely look us in the face! Employee was using her cell phone sitting on the stairs and didn't even get up and ask for my order! I had to call and then he told me that it was closed, the mall was always full! They only lose money, the owner is lost with this business! You are neglecting your business! Must not like money!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim. Atendimento lento demais e o pior: extremamente antipático. Temaki com a alga mole e sashimi muito fino e mal cortado. Não vale o preço (alto) pela qualidade da comida e muito menos pelo atendimento recebido. A moça que fica lá à tarde nem olha para a cara do cliente. Coisa horrível!
Too bad. Service too slow and the worst: extremely unfriendly. Temaki with soft seaweed and very thin and poorly cut sashimi. Not worth the price (high) for the quality of the food and much less for the service received. The girl who stays there in the afternoon doesn't even look at the customer's face. Horrible thing!

Worst KONi franchise I've ever eaten (and I've been to manyss! And for sure one of the worst hot, sushi and haru I've ever tasted!!! The taste, the texture, the presentation are all way below any other store. money off!!!Completely sorry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colocar uma estrela porque não tem como ser nenhuma! Pedi um Koni e um hot e ambos vieram horríveis! O hot com a aparência péssima, gosto ruim (parecia que fritaram em gordura velha) e ao comer o terceiro hot senti gosto de estragado! Fui lá "devolver" e dizer que aquilo não se faz com cliente, obviamente eu nem cogitei pedir outro pq eu já tinha comido alguns. E mesmo assim as atendentes tentando justificar, sem educação, claro! Voltei e ainda fui comer o koni que restava e, claro, tava péssimo também, a alga não cortava por nada e ele caía todo, fora que tava mt ácido o sabor. Capaz de eu estar errada por ainda ter comido! Péssimo, não volto!!!!!
Put a star because there's no way to be one! I ordered a Koni and a hot one and both were horrible! The hot one looked terrible, tasted bad (it looked like it was fried in old fat) and when I ate the third hot hot I tasted spoiled! I went there to "return" and say that you don't do that with a customer, obviously I didn't even consider asking for another one because I had already eaten some. And yet the attendants trying to justify, without politeness, of course! I came back and still went to eat the koni that was left and, of course, it was also terrible, the seaweed didn't cut for anything and it fell all over, besides the taste was very acidic. I could be wrong for still eating! Terrible, won't be back!!!!!
