★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje mais um dia de saborear pizza, e como pizza nunca é demais... é, às vezes, é demais sim, mas vou deixar esse papo para um outro momento, hoje é dia de escrever sobre pizza! A apresentação da pizza passa duas impressões. Uma delas é que há bastante queijo, mais queijo do que qualquer outra coisa, senão soubesse que tinha brócolis e bacon, diria que era basicamente toda mussarela, mesmo assim há partes que a massa criou bolhas e ficou sem queijo, algo um pouco ruim para se ver. A segunda é que pareceu que a parte com bacon só tem 3 pedaços e a de brócolis com 5, uma divisão que não é claramente proposital, mas é bem perceptível. A degustação começou pela de brócolis, que surpreende bastante no sabor. Apesar do queijo vir numa quantidade bem alta, há também bastante brócolis, que dá muito sabor e deixa a pizza bastante úmida, um sabor levemente ácido, e que dá uma boa quebrada no queijo, tudo tem bastante peso sem ser enjoativo, uma combinação interessante para quem gosta de brócolis, e que ganha um certo diferencial por não se deixar levar totalmente pelo queijo. A metade bacon sofre justamente pelo contrário. Há pouco recheio, tanto bacon quanto mussarela, que geralmente tem sabores intensos, não conseguem dar força ao sabor, até mesmo a massa consegue dar mais sabor ao recheio em vários momentos. O sentimento fica um tanto estranho por ver que mesmo havendo uma boa quantidade de bacon, ainda a pizza fica consideravelmente sem sabor. A massa é simples e pouco sentida principalmente na parte com brócolis, mas quando é sentida passa uma sensação bem neutra, não influenciando na experiência. No geral, uma pizza que equilibra características boas e ruins, com uma experiência com certo diferencial no sabor, mas que não é algo intenso ou exageradamente marcante, além de ter partes onde mal se sente algum sabor, tudo isso acaba deixando uma sensação muito mediana no todo.

Although the cheese comes in a very high amount, there is also a lot of broccoli, which gives a lot of flavor and makes the pizza very moist, a slightly acidic flavor, and gives a good break in the cheese, everything has a lot of weight without being cloying, an interesting combination for those who like broccoli, and who gains a certain differential by not being totally carried away by cheese. The bacon half suffers just the opposite. There is little filling, both bacon and mozzarella, which usually have intense flavors, cannot give strength to the flavor, even the dough can give more flavor to the filling at various times. The feeling is somewhat strange to see that even though there is a good amount of bacon, the pizza is still considerably tasteless. The dough is simple and little felt mainly in the part with broccoli, but when it is felt it passes a very neutral sensation, not influencing the experience. Overall, a pizza that balances good and bad characteristics, with an experience with a certain difference in flavor, but which is not something intense or overly striking, in addition to having parts where hardly any flavor is felt, all of which ends up leaving a very average feeling in overall.
