Trocam de funcionários toda semana.
E entregador bom não fica lá. Porque eles pagam esmola e usam como se fosse papel higiênico.
Dão só uma fatia de pizza que só vem a massa.
Puro absurdo essas espelunca.
# R$ 3,20 e esmola. Alem do trabalhador não ter um almoço e jantar digno de um trabalho suado.
Eles dão apenas uma fatia migalha de pizza que só tem a massa. Muito injusto com o trabalhador. E para fugirem da responsabilidade ainda terceirizam os entregadores.
Sem registro*** chegando ao puro absurdo desumano que reflete em nosso País.
Com esses empressarios que só vizam lucro as custas de povo trabalhador.

Após 1hora de espera liguei para confirmar o horário de entrega.... no momento da ligação eles me informaram que o pedido precisou ser cancelado por falta de produtos para fazer a Pizza... e quando indaguei se não pensaram em me avisa... eles simplesmente informaram que não telefonaram... um descaso absurdo com o cliente.!!!
My experience was terrible... I ordered the Pizza on the website.
After 1 hour of waiting I called to confirm the delivery time.... at the time of the call they informed me that the order had to be canceled due to lack of products to make the Pizza... .. they simply informed that they did not call... an absurd disregard for the customer.!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. 다른매장보다 금액이 비싸고 할인행사를 잘하지않는다.
2. 셀프라는 공고가 없는데도 셀프서비스로 운영중이다.
3. 비싸고 셀프인데 기본적 파마산치즈같은 것들이 주비되어있지않다.
4.피자도 가끔 없는것들이있다. 항상 준비가 안되어있다는 생각이든다.
5.손님이 먹고간 테이블이 빨리 정리되지않아 비위생적으로 느껴진다.
........이런 이유로 빠른개선과 조정이 필요합니다.
손님의 입장으로 더비싼 금액을 내고 더 안좋은 서비스를 받는다는 생각입니다!

4. Even pizza is sometimes not available. I always feel like I'm not ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pedi pelo ifood, esperei um tempão, e quando o motoboy estava perto do endereço simplesmente deu meia volta e voltou pro restaurante, perguntaram se o pedido chegou, eu disse que não, e simplesmente cancelaram esse c4r4lho. 23:30h vou ficar sem comer pq eles não tem o mínimo de respeito com o cliente, palhaços.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O ambiente é ótimo, a pizza estava excelente, porém faltou a higienizar as mesas e alguns funcionários são um pouco 'engraçadinhos', achei falta de profissionalismo.

Reclamei no Ifood eles disseram que era para entrar em contato com o estabelecimento pelo chat, entrei em contato e não deram solução. Entrei em contato pelo direct do instagram pediram meu whatsapp e até agora nenhuma posição. Não recomendo.
