★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento morno... valor do serviço caríssimo, totalmente fora da realidade, chegaram a me cobrar 70 reais no balanceamento de uma roda. Preço do pneu aro 18, 200 reais acima da média do mercado.
Não voltaria e não recomendaria pelos valores de serviço que são muito altos.
Warm service... very expensive service price, totally unrealistic, they even charged me 70 reais to balance a wheel. Price of the 18 rim tire, 200 reais above the market average.
I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend it for the service values that are too high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em dez de 2020 fui efetuar a troca dos pneus dianteiros da minha pejero Tr4. Fiz a cotação por telefone, achei o valor justo. Quando fui efetuar o serviço. Encontraram inúmeros "defeitos e manutenções" em um carro de 60mil km que nunca viu barro.
Moral da história: me colocaram tanto pânico pra pagar quase 10 mil em suspensão que quase acionei o guincho do seguro para não voltar pra casa.
Levei no mecânico de confiança para confirmar e fazer orçamento do que precisava trocar e foi confirmado o que já imaginava: meu carro estava em perfeito estado e segundo meu mecânico de confiança só deveria me preocupar em efetuar a troca das peças quando meu carro tivevesse mais de 100mil km rodados.
Parabéns Della via, pela transparência com uma cliente mulher.
In Dec 2020 I went to change the front tires of my pejero Tr4. I made the quote over the phone, found the fair value. When I went to do the service. They found numerous "defects and maintenance" in a 60,000 km car that has never seen mud.
Moral of the story: I was so panicked to pay almost 10 thousand in suspension that I almost triggered the insurance tow truck not to go home.
I took it to a trusted mechanic to confirm and quote what I needed to change and what I already imagined was confirmed: my car was in perfect condition and according to my trusted mechanic I should only worry about replacing the parts when my car had more than 100 thousand km driven.
