★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei, eles nao conseguiram identificar o problema, primeiro disseram para trocar o condensador e foi feito e depois pediram para trocar o motor do ar condicionado e quando tirei o carro da oficina apareceu um problema de que eles dizem de suspensão sendo que antes de deixar o carro la eu tinha tirado da oficina.
Não recomendo .. prestem muita atenção
I didn't like it, they couldn't identify the problem, first they said to change the condenser and it was done and then they asked to change the air conditioning motor and when I took the car out of the shop there was a problem they say of suspension, before leaving the car there I had taken from the garage.
I don't recommend .. pay close attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a segunda vez no local. Fui bem atendido, cumpriram o horário, o preço foi honesto (assim como o atendimento, não condenaram peças sem precisar com objetivo de aumentar o serviço). Eu pessoalmente recomendo e vejo a quantidade de pessoas passando por lá (o que da ainda mais conforto).
It was the second time in the place. I was well attended, they kept to the time, the price was honest (as well as the service, they didn't condemn parts without needing to increase the service). I personally recommend it and I see the amount of people passing by there (which gives even more comfort).

Super bem atendido...após alguns testes constataram que estava tudo ??️... algumas explicações p um melhor funcionamento do aparelho... e não me cobraram por essa avaliação. Super recomendo, galera honesta e prestativa. Agradeço e voltarei quando precisar.
I went early this morning for a preventive review. Very well attended...after some tests they found that everything was fine ??️... some explanations for a better functioning of the device... and they didn't charge me for this evaluation. I highly recommend it, honest and helpful people. I appreciate it and I'll come back when I need it.

They did a great diagnostic and service on my car in January, prior to a very hot time of year. The equipment has been working perfectly since then. They were quick, fair and accurate in resolving the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz 2 serviços em meu carro com eles. Todos os dois foram bem executados, o ar condicionado está funcionando muito bem. A oficina é limpa e organizada, o dono é atencioso e também participa dos consertos. O preço é justo, e o dono, muito honesto.
I did 2 services on my car with them. Both were well executed, the air conditioning is working very well. The workshop is clean and organized, the owner is attentive and also participates in the repairs. The price is fair and the owner is very honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento recebido pelas profissionais que trabalham no local foi muito bom.
Porém fui cobrado em R$50,00 apenas para fazer um teste e ver qual era o defeito para obter um orçamento, achei isso um obsurdo, além do preço para arrumar ter ficado muito caro.
Não gosto de julgar os valor cobrados para concerto que cada lugar cobra, porém acho que para saber se o valor vai caber no bolso é preciso fazer o orçamento e por isso foi preciso o teste, mas ser cobrado por um teste é a mesma coisa que cobrar pelo orçamento.
No meu caso foi o que aconteceu, fui cobrado R$50,00 pelo teste para obter o orçamento, mas não fnião é essa iz o serviço, devido o valor cobrado para concerto ter ficado fora do que eu podia pagar no momento.
Devido o valor ter ficado caro, acabei indo em outros 2 lugares para uma nova avaliação, no qual nenhum deles cobraram para fazer o teste e dar o orçamento, nesses outros lugares o valor ficou infinitamente mais barato para fazer o conserto, além do ótimo atendimento em ambos os lugares.
Ar condicionado arrumado e funcionando normalmente.

Dizer que as outras empresas por cobrar um valor mais barato, trabaha com produtos de má qualidade não é correto da parte de vocês.
Fiz o serviço em outro lugar com produtos de qualidade e o teste feito da mesma forma feito pela WJ e não fui cobrado pelo teste e fiz teste em outros 2 lugares em que também não fui cobrado.
Simplesmente dei minha opinião que não achei justo a cobrança do teste, porém cada empresa trabalha da forma que achar melhor e cada pessoa decide se deve ou não fazer.
E sim! Cobrar pelo teste é cobrar pelo orçamente, pois é impossivel ter o orçamente sem o teste para saber qual é o problema.
Quanto ao valor cobrado no orçamente, cada empresa cobra o valor que achar que deve e a pessoa decide se quer fazer ou não.
Agora! Dizer só porque outra empresa cobra mais barato é que os produtos que ela usa é de má qualidade, não acho correto.
Apenas estou dando minha opinião, não disse em nehum momento que a WJ é uma empresa ruim, muito pelo contario, disse que fui muito bem atendido e que lá tem ótimos profissionais, apenas disse o que achei dos valores, nada mais.

To say that other companies, for charging a cheaper value, work with poor quality products is not correct on your part.
I did the service in another place with quality products and the test done in the same way done by WJ and I was not charged for the test and I did the test in 2 other places where I was not charged either.
I simply gave my opinion that I didn't think it was fair to charge the test, but each company works in the way they think is best and each person decides whether or not to do it.
Yes it is! To charge for the test is to charge for the budget, because it is impossible to have the budget without the test to know what the problem is.
As for the amount charged in the budget, each company charges the amount it thinks it owes and the person decides whether to do it or not.
Now! To say just because another company charges cheaper is that the products they use are of poor quality, I don't think it's correct.
I'm just giving my opinion, I didn't say at any time that WJ is a bad company, on the contrary, I said that I was very well attended and that there are great professionals there, I just said what I thought about the values, nothing more.
