Você tem que implorar por informações, que eles são péssimos em se comunicar. Alugar um carro em Parnaiba é uma tarefa desafiadora, e de muito desgaste.
Lousy service. They do not answer the e-mail they offer as a means of contact on the website. And by phone, they don't answer either, and when they do, the service is horrible. You have to beg for information, that they suck at communicating. Renting a car in Parnaiba is a challenging task, and a lot of wear and tear.
