E demais membros dela que nao lembro o nome mas e uma equipe de primeira que estao sempre solicito em atender . super recomendo.

Nota 10 localiza pelo esse funcionário e também a atendente que fica na recepção muito simpática e agiliza rápido os processos a Joice nota 10 essa dupla merece ser os melhores da Zarp Salvador.

Tem pessoas que quando tira muitas dúvidas e nos esclarecer muitas coisas e uma delas são: Gabriela, Suellen, larazaro,Flávia da revisão.
Essas pessoas sempre me atende muito bem e são muito educadas (os) que vcs continuem contratando pessoas maravilhosas como essas pessoas .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que era excelência em locação, ficou péssimo. Atendimento pelo whatsapp muito ruim, demorado e confuso. Carros com alta quilometragem, cheios de problemas, barulhentos e manutenção duvidosa. Fazem 4 anos que tenho carro alugo na Localiza, porém estou reavaliando, porque já não vejo vantagens que tínhamos antes. Valor da mensalidade está muito alto, com carros muito rodados, falta de manutenção adequada, atendimento muito ruim pelo whatsapp e etc. Antes recomendava para amigos, hoje não mais.
What was excellent in leasing, turned out to be terrible. Whatsapp service very bad, slow and confusing. Cars with high mileage, full of problems, noisy and dubious maintenance. I've had a rental car at Localiza for 4 years, but I'm re-evaluating it, because I don't see the advantages we had before. The monthly fee is very high, with cars running a lot, lack of proper maintenance, very bad service by whatsapp and so on. I used to recommend it to friends, now I don't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não caiam nessa ladainha, só vão te empurrar carro velho, os atendentes te tratam como lixo, não estão nem ai pra motorista de app. Fui trocar de carro e mesmo com o pátio lotado de carros zero me empurraram um carro velho com mais de 50 mil km. Quando fui questionar a funcionaria disse que os carros novos são para motorista normal que motorista de app só tinha aquele carro "velho" disponível.
Quando era apena localiza os motoristas eram tratados por igual com outros motoristas comum mais essa zarp só veio para ferrar com motorista de APP. Não caiam nesse golpe você só vai ter caro velho e ainda por cima com aumento de de tarifa sem justificativa. ?
Don't fall for this litany, they'll just push you in an old car, the attendants treat you like trash, they don't care about the app driver. I went to change cars and even with the yard full of new cars they pushed me an old car with more than 50 thousand km. When I went to question the employee, he said that new cars are for normal drivers that app driver only had that "old" car available.
When it was just track the drivers were treated equally with other common drivers but this zarp only came to screw with APP driver. Don't fall for this scam, you'll only get expensive old ones and on top of that with an unjustified fare increase. ?
