Quem me atendeu foi a vendedora Shirley e me forneceu o preço e a quantidade mínima para compra. Por telefone e por e mail me disse que tinha o material a pronta entrega, eu poderia retirar ou se paga o frete de 50,00 eles entregariam no prazo de 5 dias úteis. Então fiz a transferência bancaria na conta da empresa Delta Pack. Passaram se 10 dias e nada. Liguei para Delta Pack e me informaram que não tinha o material e nem previsão de entrega. Então pedi que me fizesse a transferência do meu dinheiro, passaram alguns dia e nada. Será que vou ter que entrar na justiça?

Após varias compras por alguns anos, até que surge um problema PONTUAL de aplicação.
Há muita resistência pelo departamento técnico e comercial da empresa apenas por conta de transporte, que é pago pelo cliente na compra do lote.
Entendemos que se há algum problema em parte do lote mesmo que fora do prazo de devolução ou troca, para que possamos dar continuidade a novos negócios é bastante importante que o fornecedor ASSUMA os custos de reposição.
Nesses momentos escolhemos quem serão os parceiros de longa data.
Após trocas de mensagens por whatsapp e, sem acordo, decidimos por aplicar o material do jeito que está e assumir o prejuízo do tempo e materiais que serão desperdiçados juntos com o produto da fornecido pela DELTA mas que
