Espero que ele possa melhorar como pessoa futuramente. E em que, quaisquer situações sejam mais respeitoso possível.
Venho de coração aberto para dar estas informações a vocês, que estão pensando em realizar alguma aquisição. Gostaria de ressaltar a qualidade em material, mas não em atendimento. Sinto que fui tratada com total desdém.

Great quality, but a specific employee, Laura leaves a lot to be desired and I've already seen complaints from him in the evaluations. I hope he can improve as a person in the future.
