Eles venderam o revestimento da área interna mas agora que preciso de reposição não consigo saber as lojas que distribuem seus produtos, além do mais tem muita gente comprando piso para quintal e calçada e ele escorrega muito. Eu não recomendo essa empresa

Bad service, no one answers. They sold the lining of the indoor area but now that I need replacement I can't find out the stores that distribute their products, besides there are a lot of people buying backyard and sidewalk floors and it slides a lot. I do not recommend this company

passou não existe e na caixa do produto não tem nenhum telefone q eu possa ligar. O piso que comprei muda de cor quando molha. E está para ser instalado em área externa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com muita raiva dessa empresa, onde está o setor de qualidade, pior revestimento que já comprei na minha vida, comprei um revestimento branco e a maioria estava com as pontas pretas, pior que nem os pedreiros viram, quando vi, quase tive um infarto, pois já haviam instalado tudo, e ainda entrei em contato com a empresa a mais de um mês, até agora nada, vou ficar com o prejuízo pois agora já vou mudar, e não vou poder mexer com poeira, um absurdo, e ainda falaram na loja, que porque o pedreiro instalou. Não tinha é que ter defeito se fosse uns pouquinho dava pra esconder mas é no banheiro todo.
Não cometam o mesmo erro de comprar um produto de tão ma qualidade, ainda sem que a empresa se responsabilize pelos danos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive a felicidade em ter acesso ao produto Formigres. Fui privilegiado em ter acesso a fábrica. Fiquei encantado com tudo que vi. Muito longe, mas muito distante de tudo o que já pude ver em empresas do porte da Formigres. Tudo começou pelo produto, mas o melhor estava por vir. Que lugar lindo, que empresa organizada, limpa, TD no seu devido lugar, mas o que me impressionou foi a educação de seus funcionários, ganhei um grande presente para os dias q estamos vivendo. Se posso citar aqui, deixo meus agradecimentos a Marilene, a Angélica..e tbm o Sr da empilhadeira se não me engano chama se João..além do Henrique, onde entregamos a nota fiscal. Parabéns a empresa...ao "SR FORMIGÃO"..pela estrutura da empresa, mas acima de tudo, pela atenção e respeito em que fui tratado aí...me faltam palavras que possam expressar o que sinto. Fica aqui meu muito obrigado...

What a beautiful place, what an organized, clean company, TD in its proper place, but what impressed me was the education of its employees, I got a great gift for the days we are living. If I can quote here, I leave my thanks to Marilene, Angélica...and also the forklift, if I'm not mistaken, he's called João...in addition to Henrique, where we deliver the invoice. Congratulations to the company...to "SR FORMIGÃO"..for the structure of the company, but above all, for the attention and respect in which I was treated there...I lack words that can express what I feel. Muito descaso da gerencia da loja, VCS não tem como resolver meu problema sem ser necessário de se mover uma ação judicial? Fico no aguardo de uma resposta. Só quero poder arrumar meu banheiro e terminar a minha obra que está gerando um certo desconforto.

Porém o q entregaram em minha residência, todo desbotado, manchado, um verdadeiro horror. Gostaria de saber o q vcs fabricantes podem fazer, uma vez q a loja se abdicou de qualquer responsabilidade, será q terei q procurar meus direitos como consumidora ?
Fico no aguardo de uma resposta.
