★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho por meio deste demonstrar meu total descontentamento com a loja , procurei a um tempo atrás a loja para fazer um reparo em minha airsoft e solicitei um orçamento para saber se realmente compensaria arrumar os defeitos ou se seria melhor adquirir uma nova ao chegar ao local fui super bem atendido porém não recebi nenhuma nota ou recibo de que estava deixando minha airsoft tão pouco fui informado de qualquer taxa a mais pelos serviços, depois de um tempo tive o retorno da loja e minha dúvida se concretizou realmente o valor para arrumar ficaria mais caro que adquirir uma nova no dia que deixei a minha airsoft até olhei umas novas na loja e até comentei com o vendedor que talvez iria adquirir umas das que olhei caso a minha não tivesse jeito, enfim ao ser informado do valor para concerto eu por telefone informei que não autorizava a manutenção por conta do valor não compensar para mim pois foi só aí que por telefone o vendedor me informou que para que eu retirasse minha airsoft teria que pagar um valor de R$ 50,00 por conta do trabalho que o mesmo teve para desmontar e cotar as peças fiquei chateado pois acredito que estes valores ou informações devem ser passados ao consumidor no ato da entrega ou entregarem uma nota onde informassem o tal custo foi uma experiência bem desgostosa para mim não tenho nem interesse de pegar a airsoft não por ela estar quebrada mais pelo transtorno todo e falta de informação faço questão que fiquem com ela e com certeza vocês perderam um cliente e jamais indicarei qualquer colega a está loja
I hereby demonstrate my total dissatisfaction with the store, I searched the store a while ago to repair my airsoft and asked for a quote to find out if it would really pay to fix the defects or if it would be better to buy a new one when I arrived super well serviced but I did not receive any note or receipt that I was leaving my airsoft so I was not informed of any extra fee for the services, after a while I had the return from the store and my doubt if the value to fix it would really be more expensive to buy a new one on the day I left my airsoft I even looked at some new ones at the store and even commented to the seller that maybe I would buy some of the ones I looked at if there was no way, finally when I was informed of the price for the concert I informed by phone that did not authorize maintenance on account of the amount not compensating for me because it was only then that the seller informed me by phone that for me to withdraw my airsoft I would to pay an amount of R $ 50.00 on account of the work that he had to dismantle and quote the parts I was upset because I believe that these values or information should be passed on to the consumer upon delivery or deliver a note where they inform the such cost was a very disgusting experience for me I have no interest in taking airsoft not because it is broken more by the whole inconvenience and lack of information I insist that you stay with it and for sure you lost a client and I will never refer any colleague to it store
