Fui com meu pai ver um carro que estava nesta loja. Entramos e um vendedor veio nos atender. Não sei o nome dele. Achamos o carro que estava no anúncio. Comecei a analisar o carro como qualquer pessoa faria. Olhei a lataria, o interior e fui ver o motor. Foi quando eu perguntei para o vendedor qual era a quilometragem do carro. Ele me disse que tinha 17 mil km. Eu e meu estávamos olhando o motor que, aliás,estava bem sujo e foi quando o vendedor me disse que do jeito que eu estava olhando o carro parecia que o carro estava com 180 mil km! Eu não tinha entendido o que ele quis dizer e ele me disse novamente que do jeito que eu estava olhando o carro era para ser um carro com 180 mil km. Achei uma total falta de educação pois eu em nenhum momento critiquei o veículo ou coloquei defeito, em nenhum momento!! Depois que ele falou isso eu disse que eu tenho tinha o direito de analisar o carro pois estou comprando e quero um carro em boas condições mas o vendedor me disse que todo carro tem detalhes. Resumindo: só porque esse veículo estava com apenas 17 mil km não justifica eu não poder examinar o carro. E eu descobri que o veículo já tinha trocado o parabrisas, tinha repintura no paralamas e o para-choque dianteiro estava desalinhado. Não recomendo comprar nesta loja pois o cliente não tem o direito de examinar o carro!!
 The worst experience of my life!
I went with my father to see a car that was in this store. We entered and a salesman came to answer us. I don't know his name. We found the car that was in the ad. I started to analyze the car as anyone would. I looked at the bodywork, the interior and went to see the engine. That's when I asked the salesman what the car's mileage was. He told me he was 17,000 km. Me and mine were looking at the engine, which, by the way, was very dirty and that was when the salesman told me that the way I was looking at the car it looked like the car was 180 thousand kilometers away! I didn't understand what he meant and he told me again that the way I was looking at the car was to be a 180,000 km car. I thought it was totally impolite because I never criticized the vehicle or put a defect, in no time !! After he said that I said I had the right to analyze the car because I am buying it and I want a car in good condition but the seller told me that every car has details. In short: just because this vehicle was only 17 thousand kilometers long does not justify my not being able to examine the car. And I found out that the vehicle had already changed the windshield, had repainted on the fenders and the front bumper was out of alignment. I do not recommend buying at this store because the customer does not have the right to examine the car !!

DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE! DECEIVES! When it's time to do business, they promise but don't deliver, during the negotiation they told me they would transfer it to my name, after I closed the deal and paid for the car, they denied everything! BAND OF DECEIVES!

Fui até a loja ver um veículo demonstrei meu interesse em fazer negócio dando o meu carro no negócio e pagando a diferença a vista por ted. Desta forma, avaliaram o meu veículo, inclusive até levaram no mecânico deles, aí acertamos que no dia seguinte iria comparecer na Loja, para dar uma volta no veículo e nesse momento eles levariam o meu veículo para realizar a vistoria cautelar e assim já finalizarmos a compra com a transferência do valor da diferença. Assim, no dia seguinte e conforme combinado, entrei em contato com o proprietário Sr. Rodnei, para informar o horário que estava indo para sacramentar o negócio, como combinado. No entanto, e para minha maior surpresa, o Sr. Rodnei, me informou que já havia vendido o veículo para uma pessoa que já estava interessada e estava com seu financiamento em análise. Ocorre que em nenhum momento me informaram que havia outro pessoa interessada. Se fosse o caso já poderíamos até deixar um sinal para segurar o veículo, só que eles não falaram nada e só nos fez perder tempo!!! Estávamos também com o negócio praticamente fechado já tínhamos chegado nos valores do negócio, eles, inclusive como dito acima, já até tinham avaliado o meu veículo que daria na troca, inclusive já tinham levado no mecânico deles. No mínimo, eles poderiam nós comunicar se realmente iríamos ficar com o veículo, porque já tinha outra pessoa interessada, assim, poderíamos até adiantar um valor como caução, para segurar o negócio. No mínimo, faltou por parte dos proprietários da TROK-CAR, um pouco de respeito, profissionalismo e comprometimento comigo na condição cliente!!! Lamentável, más com certeza o dinheiro falou mais alto!!! Cuidado em fazerem negócio nessa Loja, não recomendo a ninguém, os proprietários não honram com seus compromissos a prioridade é o lucro.
Terrible store, I just don't give zero stars for not having this option. I went to the store to see a vehicle and showed my interest in doing business by giving my car to the dealership and paying the difference in cash for ted. In this way, they evaluated my vehicle, they even took it to their mechanic, then we agreed that the next day I would go to the Store, to take a ride in the vehicle and at that time they would take my vehicle to carry out the precautionary inspection and so we could finish the purchase with the transfer of the value of the difference. So, the next day and as agreed, I contacted the owner, Mr. Rodnei, to inform him of the time I was going to close the deal, as agreed. However, and to my greatest surprise, Mr. Rodnei informed me that he had already sold the vehicle to a person who was already interested and had his financing under analysis. It so happens that at no time did they inform me that there was another person interested. If that were the case, we could even leave a sign to hold the vehicle, but they didn't say anything and it only made us waste time!!! We were also with the deal practically closed, we had already arrived at the values of the deal, they, as mentioned above, had even evaluated my vehicle that would be exchanged, they had even taken it to their mechanic. At the very least, they could let us know if we were really going to keep the vehicle, because there was already another person interested, so we could even advance an amount as a guarantee, to insure the business. At the very least, the owners of TROK-CAR lacked a little respect, professionalism and commitment to me as a customer!!! Regrettable, but the money certainly got the better of it!!! Be careful doing business in this store, I do not recommend it to anyone, the owners do not honor their commitments, the priority is profit.
