★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de cuidado com os clientes. Mudaram de endereço e nem avisaram por telefone quando marquei o exame, e também não alteraram no Google. E no antigo endereço continua com a placa deles. Uma moça que trabalha no antigo local que foi super legal e acabou me passou o novo endereço (nem é responsabilidade dela isso).
Lack of care with clients. Changed address and not warned by phone when I scored the exam, and also did not change in Google. And the old address continues with their sign. A woman who works in the old location that was super nice and just handed me the new address (or is it her responsibility).

Não consigo entrar em contato por telefone, fui até o consultório e esperei mais de 20 minutos só pra agendar um exame e ainda não consegui, só depois de muitas ligações consegui agendar. Hoje dia 26/09 tentei marcar um horário para o meu pai e não tive sucesso, novamente, sendo que estou ligando desde o dia 24/09.
Lousy service!
I can't get in touch by phone, I went to the office and waited more than 20 minutes just to schedule an exam and I still couldn't get it, only after many calls I managed to schedule it. Today 09/26 I tried to make an appointment for my father and I was unsuccessful again, since I have been calling since 09/24.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento , de todos, principalmente da funciona Mellanie, que foi muito prestativa pois eu estava com urgência num pedido complicado de raio x e ela conseguiu me encaixar pra que não ficasse sem os papéis. Muito diferente da uniodonto, que criaram a maior burocracia para que a Dent x recebessem o serviço feito.
Excellent service, from everyone, especially from Mellanie, who was very helpful because I was in urgent need of a complicated X-ray order and she managed to fit me in so that I didn't run out of papers. Very different from the single point, which created the biggest bureaucracy for Dent x to receive the service done.

Easy service by WhatsApp, I made an appointment on Saturday a little late and was answered quickly. In 10 minutes I did the x-ray and after 2 minutes I had them in my hands. Congratulations on the service!
