★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na recepção maravilhoso mas, atendimento dentário minha experiência não foi boa.
Fui em uma dentista na clinica, ela fez uma obturação em um dente superior, pois bem, uma semana depois a obturação caiu. Voltei a clinica e, ela refez a obturação. Mas ďois dias depois a obturação voltou a cair novamente, eu voltei lá na clinica pela terceira vez. A dentista refez o dente pela terceira vez, mas 3 dias depois a obturação voltou a cair. Então, optei por procurar outro profissional em outra clínica e pagar no particular R$320,00 por um dente. Ufa!!! Que raiva. Reclamei no plano associado e, qual não.foi a minha surpresa esta clinica solicitar uma foto com a obturação realizada, perfeitamente, em outra clinica por outro profissional.

 Service at the reception was wonderful, but my experience was not good.
I went to a dentist in the clinic, she had a filling in an upper tooth, well, a week later the filling fell out. I went back to the clinic and she redid the filling. But ďtwo days later the filling fell out again, I went back to the clinic for the third time. The dentist redid the tooth for the third time, but 3 days later the filling fell out again. So, I chose to look for another professional in another clinic and pay R$320.00 for a tooth in private. Ufa!!! I'm angry. I complained about the associated plan and, what not. It was my surprise that this clinic asked for a photo with the filling performed, perfectly, in another clinic by another professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento!!! Tanto da recepção quanto dos profissionais. Passei por três ótimos dentistas, sendo um deles o Dr. André que me acompanhou por três anos. Não tenho nada do que reclamar, ainda recomendei para minha família e amigos.
Great service!!! Both from the reception and from the professionals. I went through three great dentists, one of them being Dr. André who accompanied me for three years. I have nothing to complain about, I still recommended it to my family and friends.

Estou há 3 dias tentando entrar em contato e nada,quando ligo pedem p enviar a radiografia e já enviei umas duas vezes e até agora não tive retorno.
Bad attendance!
I've been trying to get in touch for 3 days and nothing, when I call they ask to send the radiograph and I've already sent it a couple of times and so far I haven't had a response.

Aguardei duas horas para um procedimento agendado.
E na segunda consulta também. Não tem respeito com o cliente nesse sentido.
The dentist is good, but the lack of organization is impressive.
I waited two hours for a scheduled procedure.
And on the second appointment too. No respect for the customer in that sense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com dor e sai com dor, dentista mal se importou que estava com dor, simplesmente me deu um deocil e fez limpeza, tive que procurar outro local pra resolver meu problema e graças a Deus resolveu. Além que esperei mais de 2h pra ser atendida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz bichectomia com a Dra Yhasmim e me surpreendi com o pós operatório. Não tive dor, nem edema fora do normal. A paciência e o cuidado da Dra e da equipe dela durante a cirurgia fizeram toda diferença. Ansiosa pelo resultado final!
