I was attended by Dr Newton and he referred me to Dr César, first-rate service, the two were very attentive and answered the doubts I had with TDS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje tentei contato via telefone para marcar uma avaliação odontológica no local porém a atendente foi totalmente anti-ética na ligação.
Questionou por varias vezes se era realmente particular (com um tom de voz como se eu não tivesse poder aquisitivo para o local, apenas através da minha voz??)
Disse que não teria vaga, que teria que olhar na agenda e que talvez retornaria
Não recomendo, pretendo nunca realizar nenhum tipo de tratamento em
um local onde nem a ligação você consegue se sentir bem.
Today I tried to contact by phone to arrange a dental evaluation on the spot but the attendant was totally unethical on the call.
He asked several times if it was really private (with a tone of voice as if I had no purchasing power for the place, just through my voice ??)
He said he would have no vacancy, that he would have to look at the agenda and that maybe he would return
I do not recommend, I never intend to perform any type of treatment in
a place where you can't even feel the connection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo.!!!!!! Meu marido queria fazer apenas uma limpeza. Liguei para agendar, o problema ja começou ai, perguntei a atendente se aceitava convênio e ela nao conseguia confirmar, disse que poderia fazer particular e perguntei o preço da limpeza e ela disse que nao poderia informar.
Marquei o primeiro horario, as 8h. Ele foi atendido com 40 minutos. O dentista pediu pra olhar os dentes dele e depois de dois minutos pediu para ele fazer um raio X e so depois faria a limpeza. Queria saber qual a necessidade de um raio X para fazer apenas uma limpeza?
Meu marido foi embora e com certeza nenhum de nós voltará a este lugar.
Terrible.!!!!!! My husband just wanted to do a cleaning. I called to schedule, the problem has already started there, I asked the attendant if she accepted the agreement and she could not confirm, said she could do private and asked the price of cleaning and she said she could not inform.
I set the first time at 8am. He was answered with 40 minutes. The dentist asked to look at his teeth and after two minutes asked him to do an x-ray and then clean it. Wanted to know what an x-ray is needed to do just a cleaning?
My husband has left and surely none of us will return to this place.

Without a doubt, it is the best clinic in São José dos Campos. The Institute has the best dentists in the State of São Paulo. I am impressed with the technical level of the professionals.
