★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plano a cada dia pior, atendimento ao cliente péssimo, vc quer pagar com dinheiro e dizem que não pode sem ter avisado antes, pra cobrar sabem ligar agr pra avisar algo útil não.
 Plan worse every day, terrible customer service, you want to pay with cash and they say you can't without having told them before, to charge you know how to call agr to notify something useful.

Portanto cancelar o plano e o melhor jeito de resolver esse problema.
I couldn’t even talk to the clinic the phone doesn’t answer.
So cancel the plan and the best way to solve this problem.

A gente paga pelo plano o qual não temos nenhuma assistência. Diversas vezes marquei para fazer o canal no meu dente e toda as vezes foi cancelado em cima da hora, sem data de remarcação ou então remarcava com datas longas.

Terrible attendance!!! I don't recommend it to anyone.
We pay for the plan for which we do not have any assistance. Several times I made an appointment to do the root canal in my tooth and every time it was canceled at the last minute, without a rescheduling date or rescheduled with long dates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa não tem considerão com cliente, atendimento péssimo principalmente na recepção que é o postal da empresa. Os funcionários chegam cedo,mas deixam os clientes lá fora com o risco de serem assaltados, em vez de deixá-los entrar.
This company has no regard for the customer, poor service, especially at the reception, which is the company's postcard. Employees arrive early, but leave customers outside at the risk of being mugged, rather than letting them in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não façam! Você fica preso nele por um ano. Mesmo se o plano não tiver cumprindo o que é pra ser feito. Central de atendimento encerra a conversa e deixa o cliente falando sozinho. Clínica que põe o separador e conta como consulta e manda vc ir só no mês que vem. Uma bagunça! 9 meses e sem resultado. Aparelho pela metade!!! Pesquisem muito antes de entrar, arrependimento total...
Don't do it! You get stuck in it for a year. Even if the plan is not fulfilling what it is supposed to do. Call center ends the conversation and leaves the customer talking to himself. Clinic that puts the tab and counts as a consultation and tells you to go only next month. A mess! 9 months and no result. Half device!!! Do a lot of research before entering, total regret...

Além disso, a luz da cadeira de dentista é velha com marcas de sujeiras arraigadas... o que passa uma péssima impressão sobre a higiene...

Also, the dental chair light is old with ingrained dirt marks... which gives a bad impression about hygiene...
