★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um agendamento com a Dra. Patrícia para realização de uma limpeza e gostei bastante do resultado.
Ela realizou um excelente trabalho, cumpriu todos os quesitos e foi extremamente criteriosa. Mostrou habilidade e bastante experiência além de me deixar confortável . Com toda certeza eu opto por ela novamente para assim dar continuidade aos demais tratamentos.
Trata-se de uma profissional na qual posso indicar.
 I made an appointment with Dr. Patricia to carry out a cleaning and I really liked the result.
She did an excellent job, met all the requirements and was extremely discerning. It showed skill and a lot of experience besides making me comfortable. I will definitely opt for it again to continue with the other treatments.
This is a professional I can recommend.

A primeira vez que eu fui fazer a limpeza de dente já fiquei insegura quanto ao atendimento.A dentista me pediu pra chegar mais cedo, chegando lá, fiquei esperando um tempão para ser atendida, porque estava no celular. A limpeza foi feita superficialmente. Nenhum lugar que eu já fiz usava uma metal, estilo anzol para limpar dente. Tentei marcar alguns procedimentos, e eles queriam dividir em várias, varias etapas. Sendo que poderia ser feito no mesmo dia. Cancelaram 2x. Por fim, desistir. Quem sabe foi Deus livrando de um desgaste. Só agora que fui olhar a avaliação da empresa e vários comentários do mesmo nível de descaso. Falta de respeito com quem precisa. A pessoa que trabalha não Pode ficar indo lá todos os dias. Não aconselho. Péssima experiência.
Terrible attendance. I don't indicate. The first time I went to have my teeth cleaned, I was already insecure about the service. The dentist asked me to arrive earlier, arriving there, I was waiting a long time to be seen, because I was on my cell phone. Cleaning was done superficially. No place I've ever done used a metal, hook-style to clean teeth. I tried to schedule some procedures, and they wanted to break it down into several, several steps. Since it could be done on the same day. Canceled 2x. Finally, give up. Maybe it was God getting rid of a wear and tear. Just now that I went to look at the company's valuation and several comments of the same level of disregard. Lack of respect for those in need. The person who works cannot go there every day. I don't advise. Bad experience.

Liguei e marquei uma consulta um dia antes envie minha carteirinha virtual e no dia seguinte faltando 5 minutos para a consulta eles me enviaram uma mensagem dizendo que não poderia me atender pois não atendem pelo meu convênio Odontoprev sendo que eles estão credenciamos no aplicativo da Odontoprev. Em fim um descaso pois eu já estava na porta do prédio! Não indico para ninguém.
Clinic totally without respect for the customer!
I called and made an appointment the day before send my virtual card and the next day with 5 minutes left for the appointment they sent me a message saying they couldn't answer me because they don't work with my Odontoprev insurance and they are accredited in the Odontoprev app. In the end, a neglect because I was already at the door of the building! I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei a clínica para colocação de peça após ter feito um tratamento de canal e a dra. Viviane olhou minha radiografia e disse que não teria como colocar minha peça pois meu dente estava sem pino. Sem saber o que é isso, procurei a endodontista que fez o canal, que me informou que quem coloca o pino é quem vai colocar a peça. Falei de novo com a dra. Viviane que dessa vez me informou que o que estava faltando era um preparo de conduto. Tudo isso com muito custo e demora pra me responder. No final, desisti e procurei outro profissional, que resolveu tudo na maior agilidade. Foi uma grande perda de tempo ter procurado essa clínica.
I looked for the clinic for part placement after having done a root canal treatment and Dr. Viviane looked at my X-ray and said she wouldn't be able to place my piece because my tooth was missing a pin. Not knowing what it is, I looked for the endodontist who made the root canal, who informed me that whoever places the post is who will place the piece. I spoke again with Dr. Viviane, who this time informed me that what was missing was a conduit preparation. All this with great cost and delay in responding to me. In the end, I gave up and looked for another professional, who solved everything quickly. It was a big waste of time to go to this clinic.
