Bom, trabalho em um escritório na região em que todos os funcionários tem o mesmo plano de saúde (Amil), fui fazer uma avaliação e fui informada muito grosseiramente pela dentista que era para eu procurar um outro consultório pois lá não estavam mais trabalhando com aquele plano de saúde. Bom, até ai tudo bem, mas ai a minha colega de trabalho foi consultar com o mesmo plano e para minha surpresa, fez todo o procedimento parecido com o que ia fazer ( resina) e foi muito bem tratada. Ao ligar para a secretária para tirar esta dúvida, sem falar do ocorrido, perguntei se ainda trabalhavam com a Amil, ela disse que sim, ai sim expliquei o que aconteceu. Ela pediu desculpas e alegou ter sido uma confusão. Bom, nunca me diminui por ser negra, mesmo sabendo que o preconceito racial e social sempre existiu, sempre passei por cima mas fico perplexa de sentir a diferença de tratamento em alguns lugares de pessoas estudadas para cuidar de "seres humanos" e não de "raças". Se o o escritório era o mesmo, o plano era o mesmo, a profissão a mesma...porque a negra não pôde ser atendida e a branca foi muito bem tratada? Só quem sente na pele, sabe o qto dói.

Well, it never diminishes me to be black, even though I know that racial and social prejudice always existed, I always went over it, but I'm perplexed to feel the difference of treatment in some places of people studied to take care of "human beings" and not " races ". If the office was the same, the plan was the same, the profession the same ... because the black could not be met and the white was very well treated? Only those who feel on the skin know what it is.

Não tenho nada a reclamar de lá. O atendimento é muito bom e a doutora Astrid é uma dentista sensacional, uma excelente profissional! E para quem quer saber, o local possui banheiro, bebedouro e é climatizado com ar condicionado. Quanto à pandemia, seguem perfeitamente o protocolo.

Fiz um tratamento no dente com a Dra Andreia em 2020 trocando os amalgamas dos dentes por resina, em um dos dentes porem estava muito profundo pelo fato de ter tido infiltração e eu estava sentindo muita dor e esta dor foi relatada a Dra ela apenas me disse que eu estava com dor pq estava muito perto da poupa do dente. Marquei para colocar a peça em uma sexta-feira, ela estava com a agenda apertada e me atendeu quase duas hr depois do horario marcado, colocou a peça no meu dente porem ela nao verificou no momento que a peça tinha vindo com defeito e a colocou assim mesmo. Chegando em casa eu vendo o problema mandei um whatsapp para ela informando o q havia acontecido, retornei ao consultorio na outra semana. Foi preciso remover a peca q esta errada nisto houve um desgate muito grande no dente ficando com as paredes muito finas e ela mandou fazer outra peça, porem eu ainda estava reclamando de dor. E a Dra somente colocou a peça e disse novamente q a dor era pq estava muito perto da poupa do dente. Passado alguns meses eu comecei a sentir uma dor insuportavel e fora as dores no ouvido. Então procurei um outro dentista e foi constato que eu precisava fazer o canal. (obs: Segundo a dentista o canal deveria ter sido feito antes de colocar a peça devido a profundidade). Devido o dente estar com uma peça de porcelana o acesso ao canal foi dificil e muito sofrido, cheguei a chorar de dor durante o tratamento não por negligencia do profissional que estava me antendendo mais pelo fato de o nervo do dente estar muito inflamado e o acesso era dificil pelo fato de nao conseguir abri-lo, tomei medicação por 3 dias e assim passando a inflamação foi possivel terminar o canal. A dentista tentou de toda forma não ser muito invasiva quando perfurava a peça para q eu nao a perdesse, porem sem sucesso, como era dificil abrir a peça ela acabou descolando devido ao uso das brocas para perfurar. Resumindo, eu sai no prejuizo, onde agora terei q desembolsar o valor da outra peça e fora o fato de que o dente ter sido muito desgastado anteriormente por ter colocado uma peça errada, eu corro o risco de perder o dente. Fiz este relato para que outros q passarem pela mesma prossional tenham cuidado. Porque os danos causados são irreversiveis.
I had a tooth treatment with Dr Andreia in 2020 changing the tooth amalgams for resin, in one of the teeth however it was very deep because it had infiltration and I was feeling a lot of pain and this pain was reported to Dr she just told me that I was in pain because I was very close to the tooth spigot. I made an appointment to put the piece on a Friday, she was on a tight schedule and she saw me almost two hours after the scheduled time, she put the piece on my tooth but she did not verify at the time that the piece had come defective and put it on just like that. When I got home, seeing the problem, I sent a whatsapp to her informing her what had happened, I returned to the office the next week. It was necessary to remove the piece that is wrong in this there was a very large wear on the tooth, with the walls being very thin and she ordered another piece to be made, but I was still complaining of pain. And the Doctor just put the piece on and said again that the pain was because it was very close to the tooth's rib. After a few months I started to feel unbearable pain and apart from the pain in my ear. So I looked for another dentist and it was found that I needed the root canal. (Note: According to the dentist, the canal should have been done before placing the piece due to the depth). Because the tooth had a porcelain piece, access to the canal was difficult and very painful, I even cried with pain during the treatment, not due to the negligence of the professional who was treating me more because the tooth nerve was very inflamed and the access it was difficult because I couldn't open it, I took medication for 3 days and so the inflammation was gone, it was possible to end the canal. The dentist tried anyway not to be too invasive when drilling the piece so I wouldn't lose it, but without success, as it was difficult to open the piece, it ended up detaching due to the use of drills to drill. In short, I left at a loss, where I will now have to shell out the value of the other piece and apart from the fact that the tooth has been worn out previously by having placed the wrong piece, I run the risk of losing the tooth. I made this report so that others who pass through the same professional are careful. Because the damage caused is irreversible.
