★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu filho em vários profissionais e, mesmo a força não foi possível realizar o tratamento dentário. Consegui o telefone da Dra. Telma Parada pela internet e, além de sermos muito bem recebidos, meu filho fez o tratamento em um único dia que perdurou cerca de 30 minutos...após alguns sessões de condicionamento. Confesso que fiquei super satisfeita com o resultado, mesmo com a resistência do meu filho o tratamento foi super tranquilo. Super recomendo a Dra. Telma para todas as mães que tem crianças em casa. Além de muito profissional, com certeza tem muito afeto e carinho pelos seus pacientes. Serei eternamente grata a toda atenção, profissionalismo e carinho da Dra. Telma e sua equipe. Abs.
I took my son to several professionals and, even by force, dental treatment was not possible. I got Dr. Telma Parada's phone number over the internet and, in addition to being very well received, my son did the treatment in a single day that lasted about 30 minutes ... after some conditioning sessions. I confess that I was very satisfied with the result, even with my son's resistance, the treatment was super smooth. I highly recommend Dr. Telma to all mothers who have children at home. In addition to being very professional, he certainly has a lot of affection and care for his patients. I will be forever grateful for all the attention, professionalism and affection of Dr. Telma and her team. Abs.

Levamos nosso filho no dia 30/11 na primeira consulta, pagamos 200,00 reais a consulta, foi examinado pela Dr Telma pelo ocorrido não tinha muito oque fazer devido a idade de 11 meses do meu bebê a mesma nos disse que tínhamos retorno no dia 21/12 que nesse processo era só acompanhamento por enquanto.
No dia 21/12 fomos levar o pequeno novamente “retorno da consulta” menos de 1 mês da primeira consulta.
Na saída do retorno a ajudante da Dr Telma e a recepcionista Andrea queria nos cobrar novamente o valor da consulta pois não existiria retorno no consultório, toda vez que fossemos a consulta teríamos que pagar os 200,00 reais , sendo que no dia da consulta não foi passado isso para nós.
Se soubesse que tinha essa postura no consultório tinha perdido meu tempo em “retornar a consulta”.
Desagradável
Passei constrangimento na saída.

We took our son on November 30th at the first appointment, we paid 200.00 reais for the appointment, was examined by Dr Telma because it didn't have much to do due to my baby's age of 11 months and she told us we had a return on the day. 21/12 that in this process was just follow up for now.
On 12/21 we were taking the little one again “return from consultation” less than 1 month from the first consultation.
On the way out of the return, Dr Telma's assistant and the receptionist Andrea wanted to charge us again the amount of the consultation because there would be no return in the office, every time we went to the consultation we would have to pay the 200.00 reais, and on the day of consultation. it was passed on to us.
If I knew I had this posture in the office I had wasted my time in "returning to the appointment."
Unpleasant
I was embarrassed on the way out.
I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amei! Talvez o valor cobrado seja salgado, mas eu não economizo qd se trata de meus filhos. Amei todo atendimento desde a recepção até o atendimento preparado da Dra Telma e era exatamente o que eu procurava: um profissional preparado para atender uma criança. Meu filho ficou bem a vontade e voltou pra casa feliz pela primeira experiência com dentista. Eu sei que tá fora da realidade de muitos, mas se puder investir num atendimento diferenciado para sua criança, invista. Sem traumas e sem choro.
I loved! Perhaps the amount charged is salty, but I don't save money when it comes to my children. I loved every service from the reception to the prepared service of Dr. Telma and it was exactly what I was looking for: a professional prepared to care for a child. My son was very comfortable and returned home happy for the first experience with a dentist. I know it is out of the reality of many, but if you can invest in differentiated care for your child, invest. No trauma and no crying.
