Virei cliente da clinica, eu e minha esposa, hj deixei de ser pois está um descaso total, péssimo atendimento desde a recepção até os dentistas, a última vez que fui lá liguei antes e a dentista disse q tava lotado e não dava pra atender, sendo q era pra terminar um canal q já estava pago e estava caindo o curativo, mais msm assim fui e não tinha ngm, a dra ficou se escondendo e mandou outro dr, depois ela saiu e vi ela, ela ficou morrendo de vergonha...
Estou deixando aqui minha indignação espero a dona ou algum gerente se posicionar.
3 years ago when I was attended the first time I had 1000+ professionals.
I became a client at the clinic, my wife and I, I stopped being today because there is total neglect, terrible service from the reception to the dentists, the last time I went there I called before and the dentist said it was full and I couldn't answer, being q it was to finish a channel that was already paid and the bandage was falling off, but msm I went and there was no ngm, the dr was hiding and sent another dr, then she left and saw her, she was dying of shame.. .
I'm leaving my indignation here, waiting for the owner or a manager to take a stand.
