★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei pelo site do hapvida, pensando que seria horário agendado, chegando lá, a clínica lotada e só um clínico e um ortodontista e o atendimento era por ordem de chegada, a recepcionista estressada com os pacientes perguntado quantas pessoas tinham na frente, desisti de esperar e fui embora sem ser atendida.
Deveria não agendar horário, dizer logo que é por ordem de chegada. Ou cumprir o que prometeu, horário agendado. Palhaçada isso !
 I booked on the hapvida website, thinking it would be a scheduled time, getting there, the clinic was full and only a clinician and an orthodontist and the service was on a first-come, first-hand basis, the stressed receptionist asked how many people were in front, I gave up waiting and left without being answered.
You should not schedule an appointment, say it is on a first come, first served basis. Or deliver what you promised, scheduled time. Clowning that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento no local e bom porém para marcar é uma dificuldade enorme pois o telefone chamar chamar é ninguém atende pelo whatsapp a demorar também é enorme as vezes faço minha manutenção na ordotocenter por que não consigo marcar na ortomax .
The service on site is good, but to make an appointment it is a huge difficulty because the phone call call is no one answers by whatsapp it takes time is also huge sometimes I do my maintenance at ordotocenter because I can't make an appointment at ortomax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida por um dr nessa clinica e foi completamente horrível , passei mais de 2 meses com o rosto inchado e por fim ele fez foi empurrar meu dente e agora só consigo retirar com um cirurgião buco maxilo facial.
I was attended by a dr at this clinic and it was completely horrible, I spent more than 2 months with a swollen face and finally he pushed my tooth and now I can only remove it with a maxillofacial surgeon.

Fui agendar atendimento na própria clinica antes do almoço. A moça da recepção que por sinal muito mal educada informou que o atendimento da tarde era de 14 as 17. Pediu para que eu me retirasse. Que as 14h eu ficasse na fila DO LADO DE FORA pq só abri as 14h

I went to schedule an appointment at the clinic before lunch. The girl at the reception, who by the way was very rude, informed that the afternoon service was from 2 pm to 5 pm. She asked me to leave. That at 2 pm I would be in line OUTSIDE because I only opened at 2 pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a clínica pelo credenciamento do Hapvida, Marquei atendimento com a Dr.° Suelem que por sinal é uma Excelente profissional, sabe acolher, é delicada, tira dúvidas, não tem pressa em realizar o atendimento com qualidade e excelência, sai do local muito satisfeita ? . (Fui indicada)
Agendei meu atendimento às 14:00 hs e de fato fui atendida no horário, não vejo problema em ser por ordem de chegada.
O atendimento da recepção deixa a desejar em vários pontos, infelizmente, o acolhimento e simpatia não é o ponto forte, entretanto Fui muito bem atendida e recepcionada, o ambiente também é organizado e limpo, não tive o que contestar.
Sai de lá tão satisfeita pelo atendimento da Dr Suelen que já deixei meu retorno agendado.

I scheduled my appointment at 2:00 pm and I was actually attended to on time, I don't see a problem with being on a first-come, first-served basis.
The reception service leaves something to be desired in several points, unfortunately, the reception and friendliness is not the strong point, however I was very well attended and welcomed, the environment is also organized and clean, I had nothing to say.
I left there so satisfied with Dr Suelen's service that I already scheduled my return.
