Ainda não uso o fio dental como deveria, mas tÎ me esforçando.
Não tinha o costume de escovar os dentes depois do café da manhã, porque eu escovava antes do café e ficava de boa, hoje eu jå escovo depois e vejo o quanto de pigmento eu consumo, a espuma da pasta de dente chega fica amarelada, e como não escova antes ficava no meu dente.
Outra coisa, hoje jå observo mais a minha escovação, fico sempre de olho na minha gengiva pra não causar trauma.
Enfim, obrigada pela paciĂȘncia e os ensinamentos.
P.S.: nĂŁo abro mais cerveja com os dentes ?
