★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito da clínica, porém ela promove aglomeração ao mudar atendimento por ordem de chegada. Antes você marcava horário e era atendido prontamente. Agora aglomera pacientes esperando. Um absurdo em plena pandemia.
 I really like the clinic, but it promotes agglomeration by changing care in order of arrival. Before, you made an appointment and were promptly attended. Now it crowds waiting patients. An absurdity in the middle of a pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível! Estou a meses tentando manter contato e nenhum canal atende, são prestativos na hora de fechar o contrato, a direção antiga era muito mais eficiente agora já não funciona da mesma forma, muita propaganda para pouca efetividade!
Horrible! I've been trying to keep in touch for months and no channel answers, they're helpful when closing the contract, the old direction was much more efficient now it doesn't work in the same way, too much advertising for little effectiveness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo!! Fui para tira ,o aparelho é comecei o tratamento de clareamento fiz pagamento adiantado. a dentista quê me atendeu foi DRA. Bruna ela é grossa é deixou, o líquido do clareamento cair na minha língua queimou minha língua parece que , não sabe o quê ta fazendo não é possível q essa doutora é realmente dentista despreparada assim?Tinha mas 2 sessões é não consegui agendar com outro dentista pq ,com ela não queria mas fazer . as vezes que tentei agendar falavam que não tinham vaga.. eu paguei o clareamento mas não concluíram o tratamento . Resumindo eu perdi o dinheiro ainda fiquei com a língua queimada.. Não indico para ninguém clínica horrível Dotoura Bruna precisa voltar a estudar novamente pq ,é muito incompetente.
Terrible service!! I went to strip, the device and I started the whitening treatment, I paid in advance. the dentist who attended me was DRA. Bruna she is thick and left, the whitening liquid falls on my tongue it burnt my tongue it seems that, I don't know what you're doing it's not possible that this doctor is really unprepared as a dentist? because, with her, I didn't want to do it. the times I tried to make an appointment they said they didn't have a vacancy... I paid for the whitening but they didn't complete the treatment. In short, I lost the money and I still got my tongue burnt.. I don't recommend anyone horrible clinic Dotoura Bruna needs to go back to school again because she's very incompetent.

Total ineficiência. Se nãoquer perder tempo e dinheiro, nao venha.
Terrible attendance. It takes too long all the procedures, from a simple budget to the procedure.
Total inefficiency. If you don't want to waste time and money, don't come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo!!! Não recomendo a ninguém. Fui com horário marcado e 1h depois não havia sido atendida e nem previsão. Desisti, fui embora e não volto nunca mais. Falta de respeito com o cliente.
Terrible!!! I don't recommend it to anyone. I went with an appointment and 1 hour later there was no service and no forecast. I gave up, left and never come back. Lack of respect for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, péssimas atendente ,tive lá com minha mãe pra fazer uma avaliação acabamos desistindo, peguei uma ficha e colocaram uma pulseira amarela no braço de minha mãe e ficamos lá para aguardar atendimento na recepção que estava vazia as atendentes sentadas lá sem chamar ninguém mais de meia-hora quando fui perguntar me informaram que iria demorar um pouco o atendimento pra avaliação pq tinha duas pessoas na frente de minha mãe, só que eram pra outros procedimentos não pra avaliação fizeram
descaso péssimo atendimento saimos de lá e não pretendo voltar.
Horrible, terrible attendant, I had my mother there to make an evaluation we ended up giving up, I took a card and they put a yellow bracelet on my mother's arm and we stayed there to wait for service at the reception that was empty the attendants sitting there without calling anyone else from half an hour when I went to ask, they informed me that the service would take a while for the evaluation because there were two people in front of my mother, but they were for other procedures not for evaluation they did
lousy service we left there and do not intend to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei, paguei caro por uma limpeza e remoção do aparelho, a dentista parecia estagiária, eu tive que ficar auxiliando e falando onde precisava ser feita a limpeza. Foi um valor que não foi bem investido, paguei caro e não sair satisfeita, não indicaria.
I didn't like it, I paid dearly for cleaning and removing the braces, the dentist looked like an intern, I had to keep helping and talking about where the cleaning needed to be done. It was a value that was not well invested, I paid dearly and not being satisfied, I would not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há quase 5 meses iniciei processo para colocação de implante e até o momento não foi concluído. Haja vista que o cirurgião já havia liberado a parte dele para iniciar a prótese, no entanto na marcação dizia que ainda teria um encontro com o cirurgião, devido a isso atrasando completamente a colocação da prótese. Vindo a remarcar somente para o dia 15 do corrente mês o início da colocação da prótese.
