★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei um Tênis de natal da DenySports, marca Timberland , o rapaz que me atendeu perguntou se podia para um senhor barrigudinho e com um bigodinho cafona que estava no caixa, o sr negou a troca alegando que não trabalhava com aquela cor, e disse que lá era uma franquia e não era obrigado a trocar tênis de outras lojas.
A DenySports deve analizar melhor seus franqueados, o cara alegou que não ganhava para isso.
 I got a Christmas Sneaker from DenySports, brand Timberland, the guy who answered me asked if I could for a paunchy gentleman and with a cheesy mustache that was in the box, you denied the exchange claiming that you didn't work with that color, and said that there it was a franchise and was not required to change sneakers from other stores.
DenySports should analyze its franchisees better, the guy claimed that he didn't win for that.

Comprei 4 pares de tenis no valor de R$1.200,00 na loja da Frei Caneca. Ao chegar em casa, percebi que um dos produtos não condizia com minha numeração (42). Decidi ir no dia seguinte fazer a troca do produto. Chegando lá, o funcionário (mesmo que me vendeu) já se defendeu me dizendo que vendeu certo e eu que estava errado. Ainda assim, resolveu trocar a peça. Por infelicidade não havia mais peça em estoque e tentou me empurrar uma peça que já havia dito que não havia gostado da cor. Ele informou que era o que tinha, e que eu deveria escolher outro produto. Então resolvi pedir o reembolso do par. Ele se negou de imediato, dizendo que eu que errei. Tentei argumentar, mas sem sucesso devido a arrogância do mesmo. Pedi que ele então falasse com o gerente (o qual era o único que poderia resolver, mas não fica na loja (???)). E pediu que voltasse no dia seguinte. Eu disse que não, pois minha venda aconteceu sem atrasos, e não precisava esperar por 24 horas pra reaver meu dinheiro... Avisei que se eles me fizesse voltar no dia seguinte eu devolveria todos o pares, pois estava gastando com gasolina e estacionamento pra resolver algo simples. Mesmo assim foram irredutíveis. Pois bem, acabei voltando no dia seguinte pra falar com o "gerente/dono", um rapaz 10x mais arrogante do que o vendedor, que se mostrou totalmente inclinado a somente ouvir e entender o lado do funcionário não dando oportunidade pra explicações.
O vendedor informou que eu estava usando um dos tênis que havia comprado, então aceitei retirar ele da devolução, mas ainda disse que usei um outro par, sendo que havia feito. Achei um absurdo a arbitrariedade dele, e como fez para evitar que estornadas o valor. A única coisa que digo é evitem comprar nessa loja (ou rede), funcionários arrogantes, assim como o pedido dono. Atendimento péssimo, e visa somente lucro próprio!! Fujam disso!!!
A horrible store never compares there, bewareoooooooooo
I bought 4 pairs of shoes worth R $ 1,200.00 at Frei Caneca store. Upon arriving home, I realized that one of the products did not match my numbering (42). I decided to go the next day to exchange the product. Once there, the employee (even if he sold me) has defended himself by telling me that he sold right and I was wrong. Still, he decided to change the piece. Unfortunately there was no part in stock anymore and he tried to push me a piece that had already said he had not liked the color. He said that was what he had, and that I should choose another product. So I decided to ask for a refund of the pair. He immediately refused, saying that I was wrong. I tried to argue, but to no avail due to its arrogance. I asked him to talk to the manager (who was the only one who could solve it, but not in the store (???)). And asked him to come back the next day. I said no, because my sale happened without delays, and I didn't have to wait for 24 hours to get my money back. solve something simple. Even so, they were irreducible. Well, I ended up coming back the next day to talk to the "manager / owner", a 10x boy more arrogant than the salesman, who was totally inclined to just listen and understand the employee side giving no opportunity for explanations.
The seller informed me that I was wearing one of the shoes I had bought, so I agreed to remove it from the return, but also said that I used another pair, which I had made. I found his arbitrariness absurd, and how he did it to prevent the value being reversed. The only thing I say is avoid buying in this store (or chain), arrogant employees, as well as the request owner. Terrible service, and aims only for own profit !! Get away from it !!!
