★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mal atendida... Quando cheguei a moça mal olhou pra mim, logo em seguida chegou uma senhora para olhar bolsas, nisso a atender que estava faltando comigo virou as costas e começou a se tratar somente com a senhora.
Quando pedi pra ver um modelo ela me trouxe outros 50mil pares e não trouxe o modelo que eu tinha pedido, depois de provar o modelo que eu gostaria, notei que estava apertado e que precisaria de uma numeração maior, a atendente falou que só conseguiria pegar "lá em cima" se eu comprasse o produto antes! Falei que era impossível eu comprar um produto sem provar e fui embora... Um desrespeito com o cliente!
Very poorly attended... When I arrived the girl barely looked at me, soon after a lady came to look at bags, in that to answer that was missing with me, she turned her back and began to deal only with the lady.
When I asked to see a model, she brought me another 50,000 pairs and did not bring the model I had asked for, after trying the model I would like, I noticed that it was tight and would need a higher number, the attendant said that she could only get it "up there" if I bought the product first! I said it was impossible for me to buy a product without trying it and I left... Disrespectful to the customer!
