★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida pela Lyly e amei, pois ela é rapida e praticamente não senti dor! E fora que ela é divertida e com isso, alivia a tensão da depilação. Super indico ela e a clínica, pois sou cliente desde 2009 e sempre fui bem atendida.
I was met by Lyly and loved, because she is fast and almost felt no pain! And besides that she is fun and with that, it relieves the tension of hair removal. I recommend her and the clinic, because I am a client since 2009 and I was always well attended.

O terror começou já no início quando entrei a recepcionista foi super grossa, não me passou informações em relação a valores e me encaminhou direito para a cabine disse que eu tinha que procurar a cabine e que o nome da atendente estaria na porta. A atendente chegou e pediu para me deitar na maca e em seguida pediu para eu aguardar. Quando ela volta me vem com uma "PANELA" cheia de cera, já se aprontando para começar perguntei a ela em relação a valores já que a recepcionista não me passou essa informação , aí ela me disse que também não sabia , enfim fui burra fiz o serviço sem saber o valor.
Eu disse a atendente que já era acostumada a depilar o rosto tanto na cera quanto na linha em outro lugar mas pelo fato de eu ter trocado de emprego fiquei sem tempo de ir e tive que procurar outro lugar próximo ao trabalho. Ao começar como eu tinha ido pra lá direto do trabalho não tirei a maquiagem pois como de costume toda depiladora deve saber que precisa higienizar a área antes de passar a cera, aí a atendente me disse que não que podia passar a cera em cima do rosto com maquiagem e sujo do dia-a-dia, como o rosto e uma pele delicada só se pode passar a cera no mesmo local 3 x no máximo, a atendente passou a cera na mesma área umas 7x e mesmo assim não retirou todo pelo, fiquei com o rosto queimado de cera quente e a pele ferida. Foi horrível eu saí de lá muito triste. A higiene do local é péssima!
Very disappointed with the service! And the professionals are not qualified for the service. The terror started early on when I entered the receptionist was super thick, did not give me information regarding values and referred me right to the booth said that I had to look for the booth and that the name of the attendant would be on the door. The attendant arrived and asked me to lie on the stretcher and then asked me to wait. When she comes back she comes with a "pan" full of wax, getting ready to start I asked her about values since the receptionist did not give me this information, then she told me she also did not know, finally I was dumb did the service without knowing the value.
I told the clerk that I was already used to shaving my face in both wax and line elsewhere but because I had changed jobs I had no time to go and had to look elsewhere near work. When I started as I had gone straight from work I did not take off the makeup because as usual every epilator must know that needs to sanitize the area before waxing, then the attendant told me that could not pass the wax on the face with makeup and dirty everyday, as the face and delicate skin can only be waxed in the same place 3 x maximum, the attendant waxed in the same area about 7x and still did not remove all, My face was burned with hot wax and my skin was sore. It was horrible I left there very sad. The hygiene of the place is terrible!
