Nunca tivemos nenhum problema, até aparecer o primeiro e ter que entrar em contato pra resolver . Fui tratado com rispidez, desdenho e com um exagerado tom sarcástico pelo próprio dono, isso , eu sendo extremamente educado. Eu mesmo tive que pedir licença no trabalho para resolver uma situação onde eu teria prejuízo caso EU MESMO não tivesse resolvido. Simplesmente lavarão as mãos, e disseram resolva você mesmo, prejuízo será seu não nosso. Espero melhorem esse pôs venda , realmente não desejo o mau a esse comercio ,pois agrega na comunidade e emprega muitas pessoas . Só peço que reveja seus conceitos, pois apesar do erro vir dos funcionários , a forma que eles interagem demonstram as vontades de seus patrões.

I was treated with harshness, disdain and an exaggerated sarcastic tone by the owner himself, that is, I was extremely polite. I myself had to take a leave of absence from work to resolve a situation where I would have lost if I had not resolved it MYSELF. They'll just wash their hands, and they said, fix it yourself, your harm will be yours, not ours. I hope they improve this post sale , I really do not wish the bad thing to this trade , because it adds to the community and employs many people . I just ask you to review your concepts, because despite the error coming from the employees, the way they interact demonstrates the wishes of their bosses.
