★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou do rio não pude conhecer muito da 25,fui nesta loja ,os preços são muito bem caro das pratas ,mais o atendimento foi espetacular, falaram que eu teria 70 %de desconto comprei muita coisa e achei que na verdade não me deram os 70%desconfio até que passaram meu cartão com o valor mais alto que o da nota,mais enfim ,já estava voltado p rio não tive como voltar, agora é só esperar a fatura chegar p conferir ,mais eu desconfio! !!! Comprei uns pingentes p colocar na pulseira e alguns não entraram ,fiquei chateada pois não me falaram que poderia acontecer de não dar ,até pq mostrei a pulseira , fiquem atentos ao comprar e ao pagar ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei uma anel de presente e fui trocar por causa do tamanho, achei o atendimento da vendedora muito ruim, mal olhou para mim, eu perguntava as coisas e ela no tom ironico, mal respondia. Senti muita ma vontade por parte dela, e pode ter ctz pq estava fazendo uma troca.

Me disse sobre a porcentagem de peças que poderiam trocar e no dia que fui fazer a troca de um berloque só,ela disse que tinha que está com etiqueta. Sendo que no dia que comprei os berloques vieram todos sem papéis. Péssimo péssimo. Não recomendo jamais !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gosto muito, nada tem valor, são códigos que a vendedora calcula, se for atacado tem um valor e se for varejo tem outro valor, experiência minha, a cada valor vou somando e na hora de pagar sempre da outro valor, as vendedoras nunca passa o valor certo, é TD nas cegas, fora que nunca mostram TD o que vc pede

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: O folheado a ouro é completamente duvidoso. Depois de 1 mês de uso, minha cliente enviou a foto da pulseria completamente descascada. Enviei msg a loja e a garantia é somente de um ano e somente para peças que NAO foram gravadas. Porém, voces concordam comigo que de nada vale a garantia numa peça SEM GRAVAÇÃO já que ela só vai pro cliente quando ja está gravada e só assim ela vai apresentar defeito? Enfim, estou completamente insatisfeita quando a isso, e com medo de vender o restante das peças e tb darem defeito.

Ja fui no DP da rua barão das pratas. Sempre quero ser atendida pela Josi pq ela é excelente, mas a questão do preço não ficar amostra é MUITO ruim, pq basicamente as atendentes tem que ficar fazeno só isso :(
EDIT: Gold plating is completely doubtful. After 1 month of use, my client sent the photo of the pulseria completely peeled. I sent the message to the store and the warranty is only one year and only for parts that were NOT engraved. However, do you agree with me that the warranty is worthless in a piece WITHOUT RECORDING since it only goes to the client when it is already recorded and only then will it be defective? Anyway, I am completely dissatisfied when it comes to that, and afraid to sell the rest of the pieces and tb defect.

I went to the DP on Rua Barão das Pratas. I always want to be attended by Josi because she is excellent, but the question of the price not getting a sample is VERY bad, because basically the attendants have to do just that :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma corrente de bolinha como prata, inclusive o preço condizente, porém, depois de 3 semanas de uso estava totalmente preta. Voltei à loja e não queriam trocar a peça. Limparam a peça é a mesma continuava preta, claro! Pois não era prata coisa nenhuma. Eu só uso prata e nunca aconteceu isso. Com muita má vontade trocaram por outra corrente, porém, aconteceu a mesma coisa. Dessa vez, para não me estressar joguei a corrente fora. Foi a primeira e última vez que comprei nessa loja. Vigaristas!! Vendem como prata sendo que não é!!! E o preço não é mais barato que outros lugares. NÃO COMPREM nessa loja, pois serão lesados como eu fui!! Revoltante!!! Safado e desonestos!!
I bought a silver ball chain, including the appropriate price, but after 3 weeks of use it was completely black. I went back to the store and didn't want to change the part. They cleaned the piece and it was still black, of course! It wasn't silver at all. I only use silver and it never happened. With much ill will they switched to another chain, however, the same thing happened. This time, in order not to stress me, I threw the chain away. It was the first and last time I bought it at this store. Crooks!! They sell like silver and it is not !!! And the price is not cheaper than other places. DO NOT BUY in this store, as they will be injured as I was !! Revolting!!! Naughty and rogue !!
