★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os atendentes são extremamente sem educação. Ao mostrar as joias os atendentes demonstram impaciência na frente do cliente. Isso quando pegam as bandejas porque a impressão que dá é que eles têm medo de ser roubado. Mesmo sendo cliente regular, nem ao menos bom dia te dão. Sinceramente parece que você não está pagando e sim que eles estão te fazendo um favor.
Sobre as joias, são bonitas e preço acessível. Só volto mesmo pro causa disso.
Recomendo fortemente que vocês revejam o conceito de atendimento ao cliente, principalmente o atendente "gordinho" que fica sempre suspirando dando a impressão que está de saco cheio do cliente.
The attendants are extremely impolite. When showing the jewelry, the attendants demonstrate impatience in front of the customer. This is when they pick up the trays because the impression is that they are afraid of being robbed. Even being a regular customer, they don't even give you a good morning. It honestly looks like you're not paying but they're doing you a favor.
About the jewelry, they are beautiful and affordable. I'm just coming back for that.
I strongly recommend that you review the concept of customer service, especially the "chubby" attendant who is always sighing giving the impression that he is fed up with the customer.
