★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço lento, sem suporte sem modernidade e com absoluto desprezo pelo desespero do contribuinte. Não permite pagar pela internet, obrigando o cliente ( que está sem carro) a pagar o motoqueiro para fazer os pagamentos no caixa do banco. Uma agressão ao já extorquido motorista carioca... lamentável.
 Slow service, no support, no modernity and with absolute contempt for the despair of the taxpayer. It does not allow paying over the internet, forcing the customer (who is without a car) to pay the biker to make payments at the bank teller. An assault on the already extorted carioca driver... regrettable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi bom e até rápido, o que é complicado é rebocarem seu veículo cobrar um valor altíssimo e deixar seu carro jogado no sol e dentro da terra.
The service was good and even fast, what is complicated is having your vehicle towed, charging a very high price and leaving your car lying in the sun and in the ground.

Ao que tudo indica, uma verdadeira máfia para atrasar a solução dos problemas....visando lucrar com as taxas exacerbadas! Lugar ermo, no meio do nada! Sem calçadas... Funcionários extremamente mal educados e ríspidos! Pior experiência que vivi em relação a prestação de serviço público. Detalhe... PAGAMOS POR ISSO!
Very careless service! There is no information on the part of the officials... Everything you get in response is from the citizens. Apparently, a real mafia to delay the solution of problems.... aiming to profit from the exacerbated rates! Wild place, in the middle of nowhere! No sidewalks... Extremely rude and harsh staff! Worst experience I've had in relation to public service provision. Detail... WE PAY FOR IT!

O carro da minha esposa foi guinchado e o da colega dela que estava estacionado do lado, no mesmo horário não foi. Ou seja, se der mole ainda rola um por fora para guinchar uns e não guinchar outros. Detran é o exato reflexo de um país que conspira dia e noite contra seus próprios cidadãos.
State government needing to remove one, then tow cars that were not parked in a prohibited place. My wife's car was towed and her colleague's car, which was parked next to it, was not towed at the same time.
