★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha irmã comprou um carro na Lazzuri, foi feito o documento tudo certinho. Porém o carro levou uma multa antes dela adquirir o veiculo. Estamos a mais de 8 meses cobrando e nada deles resolverem , o carro esta para vencer o documento e não terá como ela pagar, porque a multa custa R$900,00. Detalhe minha irmã tem uma criança especial e precisa do veiculo, eles fingem que esta tudo bem e não esta. NÃO COMPREM NESSA LOJA!!!!!
My sister bought a car at Lazzuri, the document was made all right. However, the car was fined before she acquired the vehicle. We have been charging for more than 8 months and nothing resolves them, the car is about to win the document and will not be able to pay it, because the fine costs R $ 900.00. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei incansávelmente resolver um problema com a compra de um veículo que o Sr. Fabrício Lazzuri assumiu pela bendita loja Dl Veículos (fechada) a qual se situa próximo a Lazzuri Veículos, o mesmo foi muito solicito com medo que a loja dele pudesse estar envolvida em processo judicial por irresponsabilidade da Dl Veículos e por ter assumido a venda. Após sanar alguns problemas, fiquei aguardando por quase dois meses minha nota fiscal e garantia do veículo, o mesmo prometeu e por fim enviou uma foto da possível nota fiscal de garantia, escrita a mão sem CNPJ, sem carimbo e sem assinatura. Não sei qual embasamento legal vendedor de carro se garante, mas não emitir nota fiscal de venda, bem como induz alguém a uma falsa concepção de algo com o intuito de obter vantagem ilícita para si ou para outros, é crime!!! E como das tentativas me tratou como se eu fosse uma criança, me induzindo a satisfazer as vontades dele. Aguarde o processo!
I tirelessly tried to solve a problem with the purchase of a vehicle that Mr. Fabrício Lazzuri took over for the blessed Dl Veículos store (closed) which is located close to Lazzuri Veículos, the same was very requested because I was afraid that his store could be involved in judicial process for irresponsibility of Dl Veículos and for having assumed the sale. After solving some problems, I waited for almost two months for my invoice and vehicle warranty, the same promised and finally sent a photo of the possible warranty invoice, handwritten without CNPJ, without stamp and without signature. I do not know what legal basis the car seller is guaranteed, but not issuing an invoice for sale, as well as inducing someone to a false conception of something in order to obtain an illicit advantage for themselves or others, is a crime !!! And how he tried to treat me as if I were a child, inducing me to satisfy his wishes. Wait for the process!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO COMPRE CARRO NESTA LOJA!! Loja não cumpre prazos!! O gerente de lá não sabe trabalhar e não confiem no mecânico da loja!! Tudo muito zoado!! Fiquei quase 2 meses para mandar a documentação no meu nome e ter a placa nova!! Eles só pensam na venda!! Simplesmente O ATENDIMENTO DELES É O PIOR!!!!!
DO NOT BUY A CAR IN THIS STORE!! Store does not meet deadlines!! The manager there doesn't know how to work and don't trust the shop mechanic!! All very messed up!! It took me almost 2 months to send the documentation in my name and get the new board!! They only think about the sale!! Simply THEIR SERVICE IS THE WORST!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho que de todas a pior loja, atendimento um LIXO, totalmente safados e oportunista, NAO assinem nenhum papel antes de realmente fechar negócio. Pior experiência que eu tive com loja de carros até hoje. Minha recomendação é não passar nem na frente.
I think that of all the worst store, serving a RUBBISH, totally naughty and opportunistic, DO NOT sign any papers before actually closing the deal. Worst experience I've had with a car shop to date. My recommendation is not to pass even ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal cuidado com o vendedor Pedro e Vinicius, me venderam um carro Cerato 2014, e depois de 20 dias não cumpriram o prazo. Motivo: o veículo está com 52 multas e dívida ativa +/- r$ 24.000,00. Péssimos e enganadores.
