★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui à loja pois precisava de uma manutenção elétrica em meu apartamento. O eletricista informou que viria avaliar na tarde do mesmo dia e simplesmente não apareceu e nem deu satisfação. Perdi uma tarde inteira de trabalho devido a isso.
Liguei hoje cedo na loja perguntando ao proprietário se teria como o eletricista vir me atender assim que chegasse, mas fizeram o maior pouco caso (responderam que o eletricista já estava com muito serviço pra hoje).
Péssimo atendimento e falta de respeito com o cliente!
I went to the store because I needed electrical maintenance in my apartment. The electrician informed that he would come to evaluate on the afternoon of the same day and simply did not show up and was not satisfied. I lost an entire afternoon of work because of that.
I called the store earlier today asking the owner if the electrician would come to see me as soon as he arrived, but they made the most of it (they answered that the electrician was already doing a lot of work for today).
Bad service and lack of respect for the customer!
