★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento maravilhoso. Serviço de quarto bom. Café da manhã é bem básico e simples. "Estacionamento" é a calçada em frente do hotel, e é cobrado por diária.
 Wonderful service. Room service good. Breakfast is very basic and simple. "Parking" is the sidewalk in front of the hotel, and it is charged per night.

Banheiro bem apertado mesmo e não possui ducha higiênica, quase não cabe no box, e agua quente demora esquentar

Super attentive and very polite staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Então kkk a recepção foi maravilhosa a moça de lá e muito gentil.Limpeza boa ,organização, o único que os quartos são bem pequenos kk .Eu fui tomar banho e quase nem entro pela porta do Box kk igual que a distancia da privada e a parede kkk as pernas ficam tuda sem jeito kkk.Mais do resto foi excelente.
So kkk the reception was wonderful the girl there and very kind.Cleaning good, organization, the only thing that the rooms are very small kk. wall kkk the legs are all awkward kkk.More of the rest was excellent.

A compra foi feita no booking e dizia que havia estacionamento incluso, ao chegar lá descobrimos que teríamos de pagar uma diária de 15 reais e que a informação estava errada, o detalhe que é que o carro ficava na rua, completamente exposto a qualquer um que quisesse fazer algo com ele.
O hotel é novo, mas fizeram os quartos muito pequenos. Praticamente só cabe a cama e um móvel minúsculo pra colocar as coisas. O banheiro também é apertado, o café da manhã a tarde não é dos melhores, é básico.
The first impression left was not the best. The purchase was made on booking and it said that there was parking included, when we got there we discovered that we would have to pay a daily rate of 15 reais and that the information was wrong, the detail is that the car was on the street, completely exposed to anyone who wanted to do something with him.
The hotel is new but they have made the rooms very small. It practically only fits the bed and a tiny piece of furniture to put things. The bathroom is also cramped, breakfast in the afternoon is not the best, it's basic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duas pernoites. Para tomar banho quente a orientação é abrir a torneira da água quente e esperar esquentar. Até esquentar rola um desperdício de água absurda. Demorava, mas esquentava. Contudo, agora estou aqui escrevendo essa avaliação enquanto o chuveiro está ligado há mais de 15 min (sim, tudo isso!) e ele não esquenta... Pensa quanta água desperdiçada e frustração após um dia cansativo onde o que vc mais espera é um banho quente. Além disso, banheiro com odor ruim. Nunca mais.
Two overnight stays. To take a hot shower, the orientation is to open the hot water tap and wait for it to warm up. Even heating rolls an absurd waste of water. It took a while, but it warmed up. However, now I'm here writing this review while the shower has been on for more than 15 minutes (yes, all of that!) and it doesn't heat up... Think how much wasted water and frustration after a tiring day where what you most expect is a Hot shower. Also, bathroom with bad odor. Never.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente! Os quartos são minúsculos. Não tem local pra guardar os pertences. Apenas uma mesa pequena onde cabe uma mala média aberta. O banheiro não tem ducha íntima (essa foi a pior parte) e a pia é pequena, sem espaço pra colocar os produtos de uso, não oferecem toalhas de rosto. Meu Deus, arrependi de reservar e esse hotel. Só não saio porque paguei adiantado. Vamos aguardar café da manhã.
People! Rooms are tiny. There is no place to store your belongings. Just a small table that fits a medium open suitcase. The bathroom does not have an intimate shower (that was the worst part) and the sink is small, with no space to put the products you use, they don't offer face towels. My God, I regret booking this hotel. I just don't go out because I paid in advance. Let's wait for breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia terrível, ao entrar no quarto um cheiro muito forte de mofo, logo apos abrir a porta do quarto e sentir o cheiro, notei que tinha uma mancha no teto do quarto, chamei o recepcionista e o mesmo disse que estava forte o cheiro e que estavam se preparando para fazer reformas. Quarto 105. Como se não bastasse, lençol com manchas e travesseiro um cheiro terrível. Nojento. O proprio recepcionista me aconselhou a não ficar no quarto. Tive que procurar outro hotel as 21:00.
No dia seguinte liguei e quem atendeu foi recepcionista Katia, que foi muito grossa apos eu questionar sobre o reembolso.
Terrible experience, when entering the room a very strong smell of mold, soon after opening the bedroom door and smelling it, I noticed that there was a stain on the ceiling of the room, I called the receptionist and he said that the smell was strong and that were getting ready to make renovations. Room 105. As if that wasn't enough, sheet with stains and pillow smelled terrible. Disgusting. The receptionist himself advised me not to stay in the room. I had to look for another hotel at 21:00.
The next day I called and who answered was receptionist Katia, who was very rude after I asked about the refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei no quarto 09, no térreo. O espaço é honesto, sem luxos ou mimos. Percebesse q foi reformado há pouco, então as instalações ainda estão novas. É uma excelente opção com custo mais baixo e ótima localização. De negativo destaco o quarto que tem um cheiro leve de mofo, acredito por não pegar sol diretamente. O chuveiro é ótimo, só demora um pouco pra esquentar a água. Café da manhã tbm muito bom, simples mas delicioso. Ah, a cafeteira tem um macete pra tirar o café, se não conseguir peça pra funcionária explicar.
I stayed in room 09, on the ground floor. The space is honest, without luxuries or pampering. Realized that it was recently renovated, so the facilities are still new. It is an excellent option with lower cost and great location. As a negative, I highlight the room that has a slight musty smell, I believe because it doesn't get direct sun. The shower is great, it just takes a while to heat up the water. Breakfast was very good, simple but delicious. Ah, the coffee maker has a mallet to get the coffee, if you can't get it, ask the employee to explain.
