Porém as pessoas que atendem nao são educadas paratal, previsambpassar por um treinamento
Me parece que são donas do negócio. Mas por isso se esquecem que quem está do outro lado é um cliente e que sem os clientes não tem comércio ? Elas precisam ser lembradss disso, são frias, nem um pouco maleáveis, sem nenhuma simpatia... atendem ao telefone e até pessoalmente como se estivessem fazendo um favor.
Prefiro comprar mais longe e mais caro
Aprendam queridas, que o atendimento ao cliente é um cartão de visitas, um convite pra retornar.
