★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo menos eh o único lugar onde você pode comprar o que precisa... tanto pra sua casa quanto pra você... em horários e dias que todas as outras lojas estão fechadas... sábados... Domingos e feriados... das 8 da manhã às 9 da noite...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui uma vez ainda durante a pandemia e fui muito bem atendido por uma mulher, através da porta de grade mesmo. Fui muito bem recebido e atendido com cortesia e profissionalismo, resolvi voltar porque percebi que o lugar tem uma gama de coisas para casa e construção entre outras coisas que diariamente precisamos, infelizmente fui atendido desta vez dentro da loja, por um cidadão GROSSO, MAL EDUCADO, fui comprar um registro de chuveiro, e não sou encanador, levei a peça para não correr o risco de comprar errado. como disse não sou encanador, perguntei ao cidadão atrás do balcão, se o prolongador estava incluso. de modo estúpido o cidadão me respondeu apontando para a peça ainda na embalagem que o prolongador estava lá, "o senhor não está vendo nao!" . Uma grande pena porque o lugar tem varias coisas que me interessam. até os grãos que tem para vender, sai de lá sem a peça, e fui na potiguar e paguei mais caro, mas fui bem atendido, pelo menos com Educação. Infelizmente é o preço que se paga para ser atendido com respeito e educação aqui em São Luis e em muitos outros lugares do pais, mas aqui em São Luis tenho percebido que é quase regra.
Voltei para confirmar , o problema do atendimento que tive na segunda vez que fui, foi por jeito de quem atende,ou seja o Homem que me atendeu tem um jeito "Estupido" de atender, mas não é por maldade, é o jeitão dele mesmo, já a mulher atende com muita simpatia. Lugar preciso para quem tem uma emergência em casa ou de aquisição de ferramenta etc nos finais de semana e feriado . Vale a pena .Fui novamente na Loja porque é o único lugar que vc tem certeza que estará a aberto em sabado ou feriado, e claro aquela torneira da pia vai quebrar no sábado , Mas o problema do atendimento é padrão, péssimo, grosseiro, estupido , muito muito ruim! Não vá esperando cordialidade e profissionalismo, tem muitas coisas para um socorro nestes dias onde tudo fecha. Mas esteja ciente que não terá atendimento cordial.

As I said I'm not a plumber, I asked the citizen behind the counter if the protractor was included. in a stupid way the citizen replied pointing to the piece still in the packaging that the protractor was there, "you can't see it!" . A great pity because the place has several things that interest me. Even the grains they have to sell, I leave without the piece, and I went to Potiguar and paid more, but I was well attended, at least with Education. Unfortunately, it's the price you pay to be treated with respect and politeness here in São Luis and in many other places in the country, but here in São Luis I've noticed that it's almost the rule.
I came back to confirm, the problem with the service I had the second time I went, it was because of the person who answers, that is, the man who answered me has a "stupid" way of answering, but it's not out of malice, it's his own way , and the woman responds very sympathetically. Precise place for those who have an emergency at home or purchase of tools etc on weekends and holidays. It's worth it. I went to the store again because it's the only place you're sure will be open on Saturday or holiday, and of course that sink faucet will break on Saturday, but the service problem is standard, terrible, rude, stupid , very very bad! Don't go expecting cordiality and professionalism, there are many things to help in these days when everything closes down. But be aware that you will not have cordial service.
