Por mais de uma vez fizeram entregas que em que, por negligência, acabaram por danificar partes da minha casa e materiais (grades, decks, vergalhões...). Ao serem contatados, a gerente (Sra :Luciana) assumiu que isso não mais ocorreria mas simplesmente não manteve a palavra. Seu pessoal faltou com a verdade e nada foi feito. Infelizmente, não é possível confiar nesse estabelecimento.
Extreme lack of quality of human resources and poor managerial capacity. More than once they made deliveries that, through negligence, ended up damaging parts of my house and materials (grills, decks, rebar...). When contacted, the manager (Mrs: Luciana) assumed that this would not happen again but simply did not keep her word. Your people lacked the truth and nothing was done. Unfortunately, this establishment cannot be trusted.
